Here's an update of my previous comment that I posted in the Wolverine figure review and this is my take on Magneto. Magneto: Like the menacing look and also he looks like more of a sore thumb that he's the only villain. I have to say he is the 2nd shortest before Wolverine on the male category that he dwarfs with the likes of Bishop and Gambit. I can't judge his height with the 2 women since they can't stand on their own but if I were to imagine I think he tends to be a little bit taller.
