What about IBM professional certification in Data science which is provided in Coursera? Well, it's not a certification of completion and it has so many exams before giving a certification.
Sure. However, if you aren't in a data role and don't have 3-5 years of SQL on your resume you won't get a job in data engineer. It's not an entry level role.
@@thedatajanitor9537 Sir, actually I am talking about the guided projects available on websites like Coursera e.t.c Should I also complete them? And Sir, I also have another question that I am from Pakistan and I don't see even one person recruited by *The big Three* companies, I don't understand what's the reason because I find even people with good skills and they have also worked on big projects, that's also makes me demotivated. Sir, at the end , thanks alot for your videos, they are helping me alot for clearing my myths ❤️
It won't matter if you aren't in a data related role. If you don't have SQL skills, nothing is going to help you get a job. The only MLE cert I'd put on my resume is the Google one. Again, won't make a difference if you don't have heavy data skills on your resume.
Your channel is a GOLDMINE.Thanks for these videos
Thank you!!
Agreed!
AWS just announced new Data Engineer Associate certification!

what about oracle?
So, can one take dp-203 certification and get interview calls for data eng. ? (Ofc without any prior exp.)
Hell no. Here, watch this: ua-cam.com/video/wa8d47_hbmc/v-deo.html
@@thedatajanitor9537 okay! So its only applicable for pl-300 for entry level right?
Correct. The only real role for entry level without experience is a data analyst. That's why I recommend that path.
Mike do you think AI-900 and AI-102 from microsoft are good?
If you're in a machine learning role or BI role then maybe. If you aren't, not going to help at all.
Is the oracle 1z0-071 and aws data engineer cert good as a beginner?
Sure. However, if you aren't in a data role and don't have 3-5 years of SQL on your resume you won't get a job in data engineer. It's not an entry level role.
@@thedatajanitor9537 but would they help if I get a dba or data analyst role?
Nice
Thank you.
Sir, After completing courses how can we find good projects to work on?
Not sure I understand. What do you mean by projects? How do you find work?
