I have a Full Art Flareon from a Brilliant Stars Elite Trainer Box. I also got a gold card in another elite trainer box - the way I got that, was by taking the elite trainer box in the very back, in the corner. It was pure luck tho, but I also have a Team Rocket card, which I think is full art. Idk
