Foreign members for projects groups do accelerated Korean lessons during their tenure. I remember when the Japanese IZONE members weren't very good at Korean when they debuted, but once the new year hit, they were speaking very well on VLIVES and fan meetings and they were very comfortable by their comeback. It won't be long until Xiaoting becomes even more comfortable and her pronunciation getting better.
If you're Chinese, you can learn Korean pretty fast and via versa. Korean is much easier than Chinese many words pronounce almost the same only in different tone and the grammar is exactly the same. Chinese will understand Korean grammar in a weeks, she only need to pick up vocabulary and it is good to go.

히카루는 일본어가 한국과 어순이 같아서 그나마 익히기 쉬울텐데 샤오팅은 중국어가 한국과 어순도 다르고 발음도 달라서 익히기 힘들텐데 짧은 시간에 이정도 한국어를 할수 있다니?! 노력을 많이 한게 느껴지네~! 화이팅!
