The same happens to me, I don't know why, I change settings and everything but still it doesn't go from 30-40, even in low graphics it goes to 40-48 and in the videos with 1060 6gb in very high they go to 61-70 fps lol
@@5kizzy i noticed that some players are having problems too, the game is not well optimized but i believe thay will fix it with a patch very soon. I got this frames using lastest nvidia drivers and win 10 with all updates. This setup I use only for test so not many softwares running on background too

Sup mate, try to update your driver, this may help u a bit. Note that i made this settings to get more performance without quality loss
