I decided to visit Acton Job centre in West London.
As can be seen here there is still some considerable work to be done.
Threats of violence will not be tolerated security are there to observe and report nothing more and nothing less.

WHY are job centres empty, but the government feel the need for security at empty buildings?? WHY are the buildings so HUGE? WHAT the ell are they Protecting?
Job centres need only be the size of 6 x 4 shed

Its a big job centre because the big building next to it is bromyard avenue that used to be the social security HQ, but they sold it and turned it into fancy flats, they built that new job centre with some of the money they got from the developers with a load of social security offices in it, but the DWP has been cutting staff since the tories got in so now its pretty empty.
The CEO and Directors of G4S must be rolling in dosh with all these Government contracts

Was any of the Disabled bays for the public or just for the job center to use. 2 security guard where ok. The rest need a lot of training. If they are told stop bothering you. Then comes up and takes all pamphlets way. Witch is childishness and needs looking into. You was professional and polite as you went around inside and out side great audit.

The whole thing of naming these places ‘’Job Centre Plus’’ is a joke. They do not have a decent job on offer. The ‘’Benefits Centre Plus’’ used to be called ‘’The Dole Office’’. Let’s get back to realality. Why all the security guards, is it the ‘’Drug Dealing Centre Plus?’’ How much are these places costing the taxpayer?

I have sat in the JCP waiting for my appointment and heard people registering new claims - clear as day. Name, address, date of birth and NI number. I'm sure you could do a *lot* of damage with that lot.

Go into phone shops and see the data breaches there or even places like department stores where they ask for your personal information when you are purchasing expensive items with other members of the public walking around - it’s a goldmine for data breaches!

I wonder does the Minister for Works and Pensions have shares in G4S or sit on the board. Security in job centres appears to be a job creation exercise with far more staff than necessary.
Two observations / questions: 1. Are the DWP / G4S staff qualified to say that you have not got a short term memory loss, and therefore need to record your visit to help with your recollection? 2. If there are QR codes how are you meant to benefit from them without a working camera phone?
I dont know if anyone has noticed but security has dramatically changed for the worse....! what happened to ex service personnel now its just random and who ever lol and it definitely shows ....!

I had to sign on myself briefly in 1979. Not one security guard was necessary and I never once witnessed or experienced any impending peril. When did job centers become 'dangerous' places?
There was a guy stabbed in the back of the head once at a south east job centre. It happens , but it's rare .

When I was signing on around the early 2000's there was one security guard and on several occasions he instigated people to start things and dared them to commit arson, trash the place etc, I would have felt more safe without him there but that guy was there for years.
Only when government officials started to receive brown envelopes from security companies.

How can you scan the QR codes if you cant use your camera to takes pictures or video? Have the security guards left their brains at home?
If they don't want you to have your phone out, why do they put a QR code on everything?
Abuse of disabled bays need to sort that none with blue badges is there
What annoys me the most are drivers who deliberately parks in a disabled bay without a blue badge, I am disabled and this really pisses me off. Secondly, G4Scum just haven't got a clue on how to do there jobs, firstly, the only contact they should have with regards to customers is to give directions or escort a client to a dwp staff member, they do not get paid to handle clients personal information nor do they have authority to remove people. Security is observe and report only. G4S contracts with DWP / government should seriously be terminated before the G4S security guards do something they can't reverse. G4S are the worst company to ever exist.

On this one though mate I probably would of let the customer speak to the agent without them needing to move , maybe you should of respected the privacy of the woman .. no one likes going the job centre , thankfully I dont but have been when i was younger and its embarrasing going to be fair so next time bud might be best to not film audio where there is a jobseeker trying to be interviewed .. love your vids though dude your a great respectful auditor and you audit in a way that is to be commended .

We will have none of that hostile jibber jabber you go bring out the big boss . unfortunately big boss really can not grasp the reality of privacy and fails to realise that they are forcing the public to reveal private info in a open office where anyone can eavesdrop covertly . in an open plan office you can pick up private information by boosting the recording levels when you record a conversation over the phone . This blatant leaking of private information to third parties within that job centre is highly worrying with the increase in cuckooing .

Absolutely correct,it’s not up to you to create privacy for the lady sitting in public at a desk in a huge room. It’s clearly up to them to create that privacy, maybe a separate room with walls instead of open plan is just too old fashioned for the them😂
Oh behave he was a total bellend. The worker was nothing but courteous and respectful. Really sad state of affairs that the member of staff who’s probably trying to get that lady a job had to move to another desk in his place of work purely because some prick has the arrogance to stick to a camera in his face when morally it’s the respectful thing to do to let the women and the guy talk in peace. I swear this guy says he tries not to film members of the public anyway? Some things aren’t all about the laws. This guy doesn’t give a shit about filming the local opportunities he’s just doing it and waiting until he gets a reaction. He’s all for himself. Also the guy is all talk, he’s going to get a hiding one day regardless of the consequences.

The whole point here is yes I too feel sorry for that guy having to work in such a dreadfully designed place of work. It is entirely their responsibility to create privacy. Whether he has a camera or not don’t you understand that he has ears and eyes! He is absolutely correct in calling out this ridiculous open plan idea of designing an office where private conversations are likely to be undertaken.

And yes mate the person who does give him a hiding will receive consequences. But if gets his face, busted all up, or loses an eyeball, will the claim/compensation really be worth it? People aren’t all the same you can’t test everyone in the public like that and getaway with it. I personally know people that would put this guy in a coma if he did that to them in public the way he does it on these videos. Whether that’s right or wrong doesn’t matter it’s just the truth of what would happen. He needs to tread carefully.

It’s massive for a job centre considering in all my years of going there to find a job from the age of 16 I’m now 34 the job centre has never found me a job. It should be called a sign on centre.
