The reason that you got more emissary progress from treasuries than before really is because of the tridents. Treasuries have a ton of them (like 10) so you can just pick all of them up and raise your grade. It’s more effective than you may think, they really are the one thing boosting it

Honestly if those ships hadn’t attacked you and perhaps some better coordination and planning to decrease time it takes to fight the skellies and gather loot, I think it’d be possible to gather 1 million gold in 4 hours or less. Could be done even quicker with a bigger crew and maybe Reapers instead of Order, but it’s also gonna depend on the player’s skill and experience in SoT, so it could vary person to person.
18:55 you could have done the treasury to reach rank 5 but not actually collect the loot until after lowering and re-raising, giving you an entire treasury worth of loot to reach high grade 3 to low grade 4 instantly.

I will say this. Most people don't pull up, even in the wide open ones I've been ok. If you are flying an emissary you can lose your flag but if you aren't flying anything, the worst that can happen is you sink and you respawn at a different island. With sovereigns and the treasuries/shrines being so close to an outpost, do one, sell, repeat.
I do them all the time (20+ times) solo and i think I’ve only ever been pulled up on once. That time I was at the shrine in the ancient isles (not recommended since it’s in a central location). If you do the ones at the top of the map it’s highly unlikely anyone will spot you unless you are a reaper emissary, have the reapers mark flag, or a ship was already in the area (which is unlikely and you would see them beforehand)

Don’t forget that if you get sunk, there is nothing they can do to get your loot unless you release it from the mermaid. So you can stack all of the treasuries on the map and then go around collecting the loot after they’re completed. Can even go collecting merchant commodities from every outpost beforehand so that you can lower your flag and collect every bit of loot from the treasuries, then go to reaper’s, raise flag, sell all of the commodities to reach grade 5 reaper emissary, then sell all of the treasury loot.
I am still newbie, eo i understand correctly that you sell everything at the end? Its just looks like barely no tressure because all were stacked at one place?

Heyo phuzzy i been doing a similar focus. I would suggest keeping an eye out for breathe of the sea bottle during this time. They might be the crown jewel during this event. Since you are doing mostly flag quests, cpt stash quests give you a few while you island hop. A single collector chest with a 3x red sea bottle during gold rush is 90k alone. //8k base 12k with grade5 oos plus 1.5 bonus turns to 12k plus 18k for flag bonus. I would still that chest first even when people hunt you during gold rush. I enjoyed running and being chased 😅 after that. Happy sailing.
Every time you get an emissary to grade 5 you can receive an emissary quest. If he doesn't reset the emissary he can't receive multiple of them. Every time he gets the emissary quest he goes to Sanctuary Outpost. The game automatically tries to give you quests/voyages to islands that are nearby to you (in most cases) so with this method he can get multiple emissary quests that overlap at the same island. This means that rather than slow hopping around from 1 island to another doing 1 quest he can stop at an island and do multiple at the same time, before moving to the next island that also has multiple. This makes doing the quests more efficient. So basically he's just stacking emissary quests, but to do that he needs to reset his emissary.
imagine a very low chance of an OoS emissary 5 quest with all the bounties on Rum Runner Isle or something, stupid amounts of skellies on a tiny island
Real fast, and I know this isn't reddit, but I just need somewhere fast: I was just in a game against another solo slooper. He sunk me roughly four times with the first being because he actually did sink me with cannonballs, and the second was a draw, where we sunk each other. Now. The third time, I was doing a voyage that made me go to Crescent Isle and noticed his mast was behind the island. So he had no way of shooting me, nor being able to shoot me. I came to crescent isle, and DID NOT see him on the northernmost shores. DID NOT. NO NAMETAG, NOTHING, AT NO TIME. I saw his boat, so I was naturally paranoid. He had the ocean crawler set on so he would've stuck out like a sore thumb, even in the night with an explosive barrel. So, I dropped off my boat with raised masts, AND THE SECOND I GOT OFF MY BOAT, he appeared on mine after he shot me. I ran out of ammo, and died. I waited to respawn, for like 10 seconds, and brother SUNK ME. My boat was PRISTINE, and I had no firebombs on board. And his boat was on THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ISLAND. AND HE SOMEHOW SUNK ME THAT QUICK. The 4th time is worse. I went to go get revenge, and began chasing him around the isle and tried to intercept him at Port Merrick (That's where he sold all my crap.) Eventually, when I tried to get him around the southern part of the isle, I hit a gunpowder keg. I think. I tunnel visioned so it makes sense I wouldn't have seen him carrying it. The next time we looped around though, is where I straight quit. He was sailing his boat. And was very ahead of me. I was looking in the water and saw nothing. No kegs, no player, nothing. There was no fort active at all besides once in the server, but it didn't get completed. So he could not have gotten a stronghold keg, and it wasn't an athena keg either since there wasn't smoke at all. I followed him, and INSTANTLY got blown up. The entire ship had just got blown up, and I was on the wheel, and of course died. There wasn't any smoke, or fire. Not from either of the two past kegs. I didn't see him at all approaching. Nor did I have kegs on board. I just died. So now I'm wondering if there is a hack or cheat that lets you just thanos snap ships as if they were kegged. Don't know if this will be seen by anyone, but I'm just completely befuddled right now. If anyone has an answer, even phuzzy himself if he does also see this, I'd love to hear it.
The best way to make money in sea of thieves is to have friends, and only buy cheap/no cosmetics. As in, join their guild. “Borrow” their boat. Profit. I hit 1,000,000 in less than a week, as a new player, and I still don’t own a boat. Instead of buying a boat, I bought the 2.7 million gold Banjo :)
If you are confident, destroying a skeleton ship does wonder to raise the emissary. I love to seek them to exclusively feed on the supplies and treasures
As a fairly new player to sea of thieves (about 55 days at sea) can someone explain what the purpose of lowering your level 5 flag just to raise it again and start over is? I though the whole point was to sell when you get to level 5. Or do you keep on doing them in order to stack the level 5 quests?
if you lower and raise it once you have an emissary quest, you can level it up again by doing your emissary quest and therefore get another emissary quest once you're done, so its kinda like an infinite loop of emissary quests
A musket reload would be painful , I think eye of reach is fine where it’s at , wish headshots were a thing tho . I wish bounder couldn’t one shot but had more knock back tho , so it’s a more defensive weapon

I got really confused at some points when watching the video. How were you manipulating the island spawnrate ? Like, how did you make it so all your quests are in the shores of plenty?
He was only accepting the emissary quests at Sanctuary Outpost. When taking quests the game tries its best to typically spawn them as nearby to you as possible (with the exception of a certain few that spawn all over the map). So by taking all of the emissary quests at sanctuary he was ensuring that all of the locations he needed to go would spawn nearby to it, and after you take so many there is going to be overlap at some point which is how he got the islands stacked with multiple emissary quests.
It's an underwater fort, waves of sirens, ocean crawlers and coral skeletons until you get the vault master (treasury boss)....if I'm understanding you correctly
Touching treasure for the first time gives emissary flag reputation, which is the radial icon on bottom left 🤗 check this video by Sea of Thieves called "emissary explained"
You can do this easily just do sea forts n shrines you can sail between sea forts n shrines n they will reset before you finish either one. No emissary needed n I can can make 1 mil easily in an hour and a half

I doubt you can get 1 million gold if you had a brig using this strategy. One extra crewmember effectively doubles your money? That's a bold claim, I'd love to see you prove that.
How does your game brightness look so evenly balanced. You can see perfectly and night and day time, meanwhile I have to change brightness everyday/night.
I hit 1.1 million during COVID lock down but that was 10hrs of straight game place and a lot of stealing and sinking of other players. I don't believe that was 10 days as back then they didn't have the logs to tell you that

you need to fix your audio for the voice overs. Your voice sounds fine in regular recording, but when you go back and add narration voice over it's way too bassy. It gives me a migraine, please help me.
That does sound like some bad luck for sure. In over 30 veils I've never had anyone try to steal. Not knowing how you play the only thing I can really recommend is being a lot more aware of your surroundings. Check the map for reapers (specifically grade 5 if you're running an emissary) and constantly scan the sea around you to check for other ships. Try to do things more quickly to avoid being stuck in 1 spot for long (specially things that require you to be off of your ship). If you're playing solo being an eagle eye and keeping things short and sweet is key to success, avoiding combat with other players at all costs. Solo PvP is only an option for elite players, it's a waste of time so best to just avoid it (unless you're doing it for the experience).

As we all know, the most efficient way to make over 1 million is to stack the fort of the damned with a reaper emissary on alliance server.
It's a valid method, but not suitable for casuals and new players.

Little tip: with the sea forts, the boss can be defeated with two blunderbuss shots.

It's a nice challenge for beginners and pretty safe, but nothing is truly safe in the Seas, I recommend it for quick gold 🤗

Yeah I did today in 2 hours. It's pretty easy but it can be a little frustrating.

The most I made was 14m in one day during community day stacking FOTD and doing dives.

How does your game brightness look so evenly balanced. You can see perfectly and night and day time, meanwhile I have to change brightness everyday/night.
My brightness is set at 65, but I also have a color filter when I capture for the stream ☺️
If you right click desktop and click Nvidia graphics settings you can up the digital vibrance and maybe gamma a tad. Might help idk

you need to fix your audio for the voice overs. Your voice sounds fine in regular recording, but when you go back and add narration voice over it's way too bassy. It gives me a migraine, please help me.

That does sound like some bad luck for sure. In over 30 veils I've never had anyone try to steal. Not knowing how you play the only thing I can really recommend is being a lot more aware of your surroundings. Check the map for reapers (specifically grade 5 if you're running an emissary) and constantly scan the sea around you to check for other ships. Try to do things more quickly to avoid being stuck in 1 spot for long (specially things that require you to be off of your ship). If you're playing solo being an eagle eye and keeping things short and sweet is key to success, avoiding combat with other players at all costs. Solo PvP is only an option for elite players, it's a waste of time so best to just avoid it (unless you're doing it for the experience).
