It's been Standard Procedure - where practical - since 2010, "We now use a single engine to taxi the aircraft before departure and upon arrival at airports where it is possible to do so."
The engines whether being cold started or not have a minimum amount of time that they need to be running, not sure what it is on the CFM but on the IAE it's 5 minutes.
amazing quality video > thanks! One question: By so much videos you never have problems with flight attendants during filming pushbacks and take offs? I hate FA's when they will discuss because video filming is dangerous *LOL* I ignore this and wait a short moment, when they come...you too?
since which date exactly? because i travelled with easyjet in the first week of april, and i can vouch that both engines were started at the gate. and i do not remember one being shut down upon landing.

Now standard procedure, second engine gets started on the way to the runway and one is shut down just after landing.
