first time trying to produce anything in my life i need help where did you get ur midi track and how do i add the track/instrument to it
awesome man!! so you hit command+ M + T to create a new midi track, or you can right click on one of the tracks to create a new midi track. after that you can highlight a section in the arrangement then right click to "create a new midi clip" to enter the piano roll :)
@@Dripment thanks for replying! I did that but when I click a piano key no sound is produced I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I tried following ur video step by step
That kick distortion tho
I recommend Vital instead of Serum. Simply for the price.
Splice offers the monthly serum plan which makes it very affordable. Super worth it!
how did u get that piano sound on the midi without dragging an instrument onto it? was it serum?
why can't I hear the patterns I'm making on my computer keyboard I'm following along with you but can't hear what im making?
Yes there is a button at the top right of ableton that allows you to hear what you press on the keyboard, it looks like the keyboard like this 🎹
What instrument or sound was used in the first melody loop you made?
This is like a synth pluck. That I considered a type of lead. I used omnisphere and when to the short synths section and found something
How do you get your MIDI channels to connect to the Master? For some reason every time I insert a new empty MIDI track, it shows that the output is set to None. I noticed that it's different with yours.
It’s should automatically be routed to the master at the bottom of the I/O section. If for some reason it’s not auto routing use this forum to help fix: forum.ableton.com/viewtopic.php?t=200598
PART 2 out now!! 😊 💜
