Thanks for sharing. Not much content out around the NAIFC and it’s and absolute shame they cancelled the rest. This is the first year been really trying to do the research with plans to fish a couple events next year and now it seems I may have missed my chance.
I used to fish all of them back in like 2003-2012 maybe and the tournaments used to have 100+ teams. It was really something to get a top 10 or better and make the championship now the last 10 years the attendance has been pretty bad. I fished one on Winnebago a couple years ago that had like 7 teams. kinda sad to see it go and I would fish more if there was more than 25 teams. They basically shut the whole series down now. no more qualifiers and no more championships. rumors of cheating and all sorts of stuff. I fished the first NAIFC and I fished the last...
@@Wisconsin_Outdoors add in a bunch of shit talking people/teams too. from what i heard, current NAIFC teams were not too friendly towards satelitte teams that came in and competed. Hard to grow when you smack people with the "welcome" mat in the face. Left a really bad taste in some peoples mouths.
@@justinlang8437 It used to be alot different when there were more teams. alot of the nasty teams are just used to dominating the circuit of 20 teams... its too easy for them to win the last few years. These same teams would be a bit more humble fishing in the old days of 100 teams or more
Hey, honest question/observation: with the amount of fisherman there, if everyone brings in ~16 fish, won’t this « empty » the lake somewhat? Just curious what effect this has on the fish population. BTW, No hateful/disrespectful remarks please. I’m also a fisherman and live the sport. I’m genuinely interested to find out what impact this has. Cheers to all ✌️
That is a great question. I honestly do not know but I will tell you my thoughts. The tournaments we are fishing have between 20-30 teams. The lakes we are fishing are larger pretty fertile lakes. In my opinion I do not think it does in the way you are saying. I think it may affect certain areas for a short amount of time but in the longrun the fisheries are fine. Thats my opinion... Thanks for watching!
now this is content! instant SUB

Nice exspierd tabs on the 4wheller

That's awesome, congratulations!
Some fantastic fisherman participating, way to pull a top 10!
Thanks!
I would be pissed of if I came out to my permit shack I found everyone surrounded it.
Good fishing against you...
You happen to help a couple guys that were stuck in a mini cooper?
We did not...
@@Wisconsin_Outdoors haha you look exactly like the guy that helped us get out good to see people helping others out on the ice
@@jordankirkpatrick1706 Thats funny! I would have helped you get out for sure!
