Wow I really recognize myself In her. I binge eat and if it wasn’t for crazy dieting I would probably in the 40-50 bmi…I have done it all. Im gonna really look into the sleeve. I looked into it 10 years ago but I felt like I wasn’t big enough and the clinic ask me to gain a little bit more weight so I could qualify I couldn’t gain I have a weight set point for years and gave up gaining to lose how ironic. Years later I’m still in the lower 30 bmi but now diabetic. 2023 my employer finally covers this surgery I am excited to get this surgery.
Yes i need this for sure my bmi is 35.5 and i have worked out lost weight gained it back. I am 5’2 200 lbs and i was congratulated on being a great candidate. I was taking all kinds of diet pills. Even fasting as well. I even been searching about the esg and gastric balloon.I am so happy to here this story and it made me even more excited ❤as a black woman i go up in down cause i loves food but i am no longer looking at the balloon.

I’m down almost 80 and life’s been so much better after I had no problems after surgery I did accidentally over eat a couple times that’s the worst pain ever but besides that everything was wonderful dr A was the best and his whole team again ABSOLUTELY THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE FOR MYSELF

I am lower BMI candidate and beside of that I am wheelchair user because of paraplegic legs and controlling my weight has been always a battle. This year I will have a procedure for a bariatric sleeve. 🌺😊

I just made my decision to undergo VSG . I was struggling making the decision but this sounds like me. I can’t wait to live a normal eating life.
I’m going soon so nervous but ready for a life changing tool I’ve done a lot of research and I feel I’m in good hands with Dr A 😊

I needed to hear this!! I have had such the similar journey as she and struggle led with the shame of it.
This is my case. I am a lower bmi person and I have tried everything and not able to loose the weight.
