Wow. Well detailed explanation. The only part I didn't understand was when you carried the already covered and painted cake to the hotplate. I'm scared that if I carry mine that way it's going to crumble. Or can I make the hot plate first and then put my cake on it afterwards. I'm waiting for your response ma'am
