The coolest thing about that show was that the entire cast was made up of really smart guys. Graduates of the best universities, mensa members - and here you have Namjoon, the youngest one, and if I'm remembering correctly, he hadn't even graduated from his cyber university at that point. What a genius.
this was how i discovered Namjoon which led me to BTS. i was addicted to this show : Problematic Men. i might rewatch some episodes now that i learned Hangeul.
The problem with understanding the problems is that you don't see the whole thing in these clips. RM appeared on the first 20=22 episodes of Problematic Men. You can find it on YT.
with the bibimbap question, bibimbap is not the name of the restaurant, it's the type of food they sell there. the clue they were given in the question says basically nonsense (dudumdududu) but when you flip it vertically, it looks like the korean writing of the word bibimbap.
ok let me explain the criminal problem in basic words : the person who was murdered wrote just before he/she died some random hangul syllables (= that doesn’t makes any sense if you read it as it is) as a dying message, in order to point out who the murderer was without actually writing it explicitly (or else the murderer would’ve known and then erase it) the police had 4 prime suspects, and RM figured out that if you turn the dying message vertically, you would be able to read « bibimbap », which is the name of a korean dish. One of the suspects (the number 2) was a restaurant owner selling bibimbap, thus making him the criminal !
These are just a tiny portion of him solving problems on that show! There are waaaay more that would blow your mind! Each cast member had higher iqs and had masters and/or doctorate degrees from very prestigious universities except for our Namjoon (who was the youngest and had not even graduated from college)! That's why the cast respects and loves him so mush. The host always brags and begs for Namjoon to guest star on the show
yes!! i love watching that show w/ rm in it, the guy that usually on the center, he once asked rm (he was on stage and was a giving speech for the award but inserted a shoutout for RM) to guest/visit on their show again.
I recall that on the very first episode when the cast members were introducing themselves to each other - Namjoon spoke a bit of english and one of the KAIST guys said "speak your own language". Maybe he felt intimidated by the english, or he didn't think much of Namjoon since he was the youngest (in their culture there is hierarchy of age). Only to realize quickly as the show progressed that Namjoon was the best problem solver among them!
@@kw6180 yeah ive seen them and even then, some episodes only have translations for the parts where Namjoon speaks and nothing else which is redundant. Its been years, you'd think someone would sub it by now. Such a shame

"This is why he's clumsy..." As Jimin said once (paraphrasing) "when I look at RM I know that God is fair."
Wasn’t that Jin who said that?
I think I saw it on a VLive
I believe Seokjin said that though I could be wrong
@@emrykin7127 LOL. I'm sure I heard Jimin, but maybe its a running gag with all the members (whenever RM breaks something).
It was Jin who said that
Это сказал Джин.Они сидели с Чимином и говорили о Намджуне

Namjoon so smart and cool
I hope you watch again RM in problematic men, I love it
as Jin once said "I love your sexy brain". Namjoon is one of my biggest inspirations to study 😅💜

다시 봐도 재밌네요 ^^
Jin and Jimin once said that god is fair 🙂🙃🙂💜💜 I’m straight up on Facebook for the same reason Lauren 😉
Wayne’s world!!💜💜
Joonie flipped the name vertical because it was written by the victim, so he looked at it from the victim's perspective when writing it 😅
I wish Problematic Men had English subs because it really is such a great show
Some of the eps do where Namjoon appears but not the whole series sadly

Not me bullying you for using facebook being the cold open of the video
Wayne’s world….I got you Lauren 😉
I got the first one right, gave up on the second, and couldn't understand the third because I don't speak Korean.
