Thanks so much for uploading this!
You are most welcome.

It's really amazing.
Really Work Number 1.. Useful...Thank You BRO... Thank You So Much?
you solved the problem
Thanks for sharing.. GOD bless
Thank you...exactly what I was looking for
Welcome! There’s a follow up to this video. Instead of rubber bands a coil spring was used.
i was looking for a cheaper way to slow down my machine and you solved it for me . ill use a spring from the autovsuppky instead of rubber bands. You saved my life bro.
You are most welcome bro. Glad to have helped.
ua-cam.com/video/WsHO4pjqmoI/v-deo.html follow up video. I used the spring for a motorcycle’s brake.
I also got a little bit stress with my cylinder arm sewing machine.. lol and start to think that I may have to replace with servo motor and it very expensive to me..
Worth it to try.. Think your advise in this vid would solve my problem.
Be back soon with the result.
Thank you
This is awesome! My husband suggests using bungee cords as well if you don’t have rubber bands.
Salamat!
You are most welcome. There is a follow-up video to this where i showed an upgrade. I used a motorcycle foot brake coil spring.
Al Silva I can’t find it in your vids, but saw your Ube one. Now I’m hungry.
I want to buy Emel industrial straight sawing machine and one zigzag sewing machine. I'm in Nigeria
Can i not put extension coz i like where my foot pedal is placed and just only put rubber bands or spring to add tension coz I'm having hard time to control my sewing machine speed..
I think you can extension. I have follow up to this video where I used a coil spring for the tension.
I already made this but the motor when i press the pedal dont easily run...its like a car clucth that slides...when it runs its fast....what else should i have to adjust at the motor to make it controllable..
Looks like the clutch disc is already worn out. This works the opposite to a car. In here when you press the pedal you engage the clutch, that is, the motor connects to the sewing machine. Since yours just slides and then suddenly engages, the friction surface may be gone or barely there.
I don't understand how it slowed it down. What changed the speed? What am i overlooking here?
Extended the control arm and also added resistance. Both give you more precise control.
I have same mashine... PLZ tell me machine is running but pulley not moving why??
Can i use garter instead of rubber bands
Garter is also good. I modified this also using a coil spring from a motorcycle brake pedal.
Hi is it possible to bring my sewing machine to you for speed control installation?
Btw, my thread also got broke in the same machine as yours. I got my tension setting is right and the thread & the needle as well.. could it be the bobbin house or needle house are not right? Kindly advise on this, and sorry for my many problems to ask you.. :D
No problem...happy to help if I can :-). My wife owns the machine and she said that you may have similar problem. Hers kept cutting thread lately. Not sure if it's the bobbin house or needle for yours. You can try what she did. She replaced the feed dog (I think that's what you call it. it's the part with teeth under the presser foot) and the problem disappeared.
if the thread breaks follow its path..almost always something sharp or tight causes the problem.
I did that and it doesn't work? What am I doing wrong? Thanks
Can you elaborate how you did it? Maybe I can help. I essentially extended the motor control arm in this project. You can send a photo to this email agsilva96@gmail.com.
maybe you have a faulty clutch motor to start with..if your motor still have thick clutch linings and brake pads i see no reason why this wont work.
Paano ibalik para pantaas baba sapatos ng high speed
