Several ideas for Season 4:
The superlab (possibly from box cutter? You could do Gus, Victor, Mike, Walt, and Jesse)
The nursing home (Gus, Hector salamanca, and Tyrus as the minifigs)
Eladio's place (specifically the outside, when Gus gives Eladio the poisoned drink-Gus, Mike, Jesse, Don Eladio and Joaquin salamanca as the minifigs
You would have to include a fly aswell

Great stuff but the superlab! Unless you wanted to wait till season 4 and you could have the scene where Gus cuts Victor's troat, I feel this was a missed opportunity. However, the rest of the sets are fantastic and I think you did a great job!
Yeah I wanted to wait, I want to have something really iconic for each season (RV, Sauls office, Pollos Hermanos, Lab, etc)

I kinda expected Victor to be in the Los pollos hermanos set but no problem, Gale isn't in any of the sets but he wasn't in any of the locations in the show so i will give it a pass (i hope you do the lab from season 4 with a Gale minifigure), the sets and minifigures look fantastic, good job .
I love all the little details you added. My favorite was the $3.08 on the cash register
Id love to see Don eladios House, but i find both the scene where Gus poisons the cartel, and the scene where Lalo gives Eladio a car, to be really iconic, so ofc id love to see both.
Another set i think would be awsome, is the Junkyard from season 1.

For Season 5, you should make Walt's New Hampshire cabin, and maybe Gretchen and Elliot's house.
A set of Ted Beneke's house for s4 would be epic, especially with the return of the Huell minifigure.
Leonel with two white studs as legs in the hospital would have been so good
I love all the references in the hospital, my favorites are the Chuck refence along with the BCS get well card and the teddy bear card.
Nice ideas. Some ideas I had for season four
Set 1
The Superlab
It would basically be a box containing the lab details, the equipment, the catwalk and a stud for the fly (because why not) and that would really be it for the lab. It would have Walt and Jesse (in full yellow suits) Gale, and Victor. Also maybe a new mould for a box cutter
Set 2
The Car Wash
This set would be a build for the car wash, including a tunnel for a small city-style car to go through, offices that are held on by technic pins and maybe a build for Saul’s Cadillac, surveying the place.
It would include Walt’s old boss (forgot his name), Skyler, a random guy to drive the car and Saul, who would have a skeptical look on his face
Set 3
The White House.
This would probably end up being massive, but there’s so much that would need to be in here I feel it’s justified. It should include a layout of the place, and Easter eggs in each room, money in hollys, Ricen in the master, and breakfast on the table. Maybe Walt’s Aztek or his Chrysler makes an appearance, but I forgot when the Aztek gets replaced. It would include Walt, Skyler, Walter Jr and a baby printed to look like holly.
Imagine a world where Lego would release sets for Doom, Return to Wolfenstein, and other iconic shooters, it would be awesome !
For season 4 you should definitely do a set for the underground lab if you haven't already, then the nursery and the Whites' house
For season 5, maybe you could do a house with the green/yellow cloth on it and a lab inside, definitely the house were Walt has his revenge (with the pit for Jesse) and maybe the carwash (even if I'd love to see a set on the mechanic that destroys the camper and that gives them the magnet)

For season four, although there are some very important locations. I think it’s quite obvious that you need to make Walters house.
Suggestions for season 4:
1. "Meth lab" set with Hazmat Walt, Hazmat Jesse, Victor, Mike and Gus (in a suit or the red suit.)
2. "Gus's house" with Gus, Tyrus, and Heisenberg
3. "Crawl space" miniset with Walt and Skyler.
4. "I am the danger" miniset with Walt and Skyler.
5. "Salud" set with the cartel pool, with Gus, Eladio, max, Hector and bolsa.
6. "Nursing home explosion" set with Gus, Hector and Tyrus.
7. "I won" miniset with Walt and Jesse.

You should build the Vamonos pest building with the office! The characters can be Walter, Jesse, Mike, and Todd. Maybe you could add some handcuffs and broken wiring so people can recreate Walter's escape scene?
For season 4 you should do Walt’s house with his green Aztek and a figure of him from crawl space (his facial expression is him laughing while covered in dirt) alongside the nursing home with a play feature of Gus’ death
I really like the ideas for sets but I think that they might be too small, but overall great job
Wow! You did a great job to create these sets. Especially love Los Pollos Hermanos building and Gus's minifig. But my favorite episode from Season 3 is one with Fly in the Lab. I even tried to make a stop motion about it.
