Wonderful, love your content and life style. As for the sheep, if possible try to get a fence so that you can make a small paddock inside your yard so that you let them roam freely. Once they finish the grass inside the paddock you just collect grass for them from outside. It will be a little bit extra work but they wont be stressed. I learnt that when you tie goats and sheep to ropes they become stressed and can die suddenly.
