Great job Brent👍💪! I could need that machine for our freaking, overgrown nettles behind the house, lol😁. The hay field is looking great👍. Have a nice day!
My favorite job…but I’ve been known to smash some pretty big stuff😉 with mine. Nice when you mulch the old stuff. Your mini excavator will get those stumps quickly. Your hay looks great. Pasture coming nicely.
I like brushing too....If you keep up going over it, it kind of goes away....I've got a ripper tooth for the mini ex, works great digging stumps out...Thanks Dave.
I know what you mean. Lately when we're dry for a week i start thinking it's going to drought again. Keeps raining. Yep ! Spend your entire life building something to be proud of. Thank you Brent.
We had drought in 1976, will never forget it....Last year was just as bad, and I pray I never see it again in my lifetime....Thank you Bryce, I have worked my butt off trying to make it better.
Good evening Brent. That is what I have been doing tonight. I have an old International chopper that we used to chop corn stalks with. We also used it as a brush cutter. The blades have never been changed on it. Drug it out of the weeds today and gave it a going over and going through. I got down to look at the blades and laughed out loud. I guess the next rainy day they will be coming off and getting replaced. Nothing left to sharpen.
That’s the way to mow. A skid steer with the mower out front. A friend of mine has a Kubota tracked loader that has a nice mower mounted to the front. Sweet unit!
We use Grazon, but it suppresses everything broad leaf for 5 years. Only leaves the grass alive, but no clover or alfalfa. It’s expensive, but even controls rose which is hard to do here.
I need to see if my skid steer has enough hydraulics to run a mower. Got 2 of them here. The old woods is belt drive twin rotors. And a JD gearbox drive. Would be faster and easier to hook up to the skid steer and get little jobs done. Grass looks great! Nice to have a full pond!!
Running the brush mower is so satisfying. I like using iron blite on brush. No drought here anymore.
Yep, make a guy feel good to take a over grown mess and make it look like a lawn...Thanks Erik.

I'd let you use it but might be kind of a ride to get it 😂😂😂. Thanks Al.

You probably have the chopper I was looking for, a #6 IH...I have a #10 Case IH for chopping green feed, it's all the 706IH will run.
We got a bit of rain. Not enough, but it slowed down the fires. Mowing looks a bit tedious at times.
Glad to hear your fires got a drink.... You'all have taken a heck of a beating with fire north of the border. Thanks for watching.

Good Evening Gary....They do work slick.

Howdy Brent 🍻👍
Hey Chad !
Hello Chad...

Looks a little damp..
Just like a Oregon winter...😅

You've got enough to run this hog....13-18 GPM...it's a low flow. That's all they are with a hyd motor instead of a PTO.
@@brenterickson1695 nice 👍 so mine should do it.. assuming I have the right motor kicking around here.
@@GosselinFarmsEdGosselin Yep.
My little chopper is a 5 footer and I’m running it with the 2520.
I sure hope I have enough power.
😃
I think the 2520 won't miss a beat🤣🤣🤣.
