💯agree about PAST LIVES. It’s a film that stays with you for weeks, months, maybe forever. Its emotional impact sneaks up on you until you realize you are sobbing almost uncontrollably right before the end credits begin to roll. It’s an incredibly special film. A masterpiece really.
I'm not quite sure how someone who seems to love film has not yet seen Oppenheimer or Poor Things, they would be at top of any list of 2023, I would make sure you see the best films before putting a top of your best together

Exactly! I didn’t realize it’s full emotional impact, or how it delivers it, until a rewatch. Such a brilliant film.
