So So So refreshing real people playing real instruments and writing a good song to play. You gentleman are all respected living legends now it is your task to take music back to being music. Help me Immediate Family your our only hope. He guys I hope you sell a lot of records so that bass player can afford to buy a razor
@@gregoryn7745 You should see my beard I thought if I stopped shaving I could be a better bass player I forgot about talent and practice BTW crime is bad and like most of us musicians these days it doesn't pay
@@gregoryn7745 Yes I should have listened to my dear old mom when she said gas station is looking for some one to pump gas. I am almost sure I am a few bucks ahead .Unfortunately like in the Blues Brothers movie live gigs would pay less than the bar tab.LIve learn and never stop if you love it . I am talking about the music not the bar tab LOL
Hi lee from CYPRUS john here played drums back in AUSTRALIA Rock blues you guys are great one of a kind looking forward for the next post .I dont comment often but i follow .
Great sounds! Wish some younger songwriters would follow your example. Many are too wordy, or verbose. Thanks for sharing your wonderful talents!😍🌹👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Love havin' breakfast with some fine tuneage from The Immediate Family. Family as it should be, in harmony! Nothing like great music. Cannot wait until we can see these guys 'live'.
Thank you, we can't wait to get back on the road and play for you all once again! Just starting to announce tour dates so make sure to check us out on facebook and IG!
First - love the tune and your performance of it. Second: @lelandsklar - please play that monstrosity on your channel. My back was breaking just watching the video. And I never saw you touch the fret less fingerboard. It sucks to get old. Don’t hurt yourself. I want to hear you and the “Family” play together for many more years.
What a great tune, I can tell it’s gonna be stuck in my head all day! Well Lee has just done it with that double neck 4 string fretless and 5 string fretted monster. Wonder what it’s name will be. Hats off Warwick!
Never had heard Steve Postell before seeing him with TIF. Looked him up and heard songs of his on his website. Bought two of his albums on MP3 right after that.
A good 'un!! Steve gets to unleash the bottleneck. And I totally agree with whoever posted below a "pocket so deep that you could loose yer keys in it"! Rock On, Boyz!!
Now, this is fabulous, nice tune, great guys, easy listening, comraderie to the hilt, love it! Leland, how much does that awesome Bass weigh? Thank you for this video🤗
Everything I've heard by you guys, very quickly becomes my favorite music. Bar none, you guys are the best rock'n roll going. So glad you guys finally decided to start your own band. Love to listen to all your works in the past but you guys are so "refined" now and together you create some of the greatest music I've ever heard. Can't wait to hear you live. Thanks for sharing all your great works.
The last aside on the video: LS says ‘I could take it or leave it’ cracked me up. The question is whether Lee’s credit says ‘double-neck bass’ or ‘8-string bass’? In any case, another fabulous Immediate Family track.
What a cool tune!
Great vocal Steve! 😎
Anyone making music these days, watch and learn from these cool cats! They are master craftsmen! Great song!
that is one serious chunk of lumber Mr. Sklar. Great tune.
Love these guys! 😍
Thank you Danny, Lee, Waddy, Russ, and Steve! REAL MUSIC REAL MUSICIANS...and fantastic band! 👏 bravo guys!
Hot Damn TIF! I like that one, like it a lot!
Groovin🎶🎶👍
Real musicians. Real music. Real good!
Great song !
Very Funny, Leland!!
Love how this leaves space to breathe. No click track...no auto tune...a real song. Where has Lee been hiding that bass? Is Frankenstein jealous?
Russ is the click track.
Right on Chris,100%
Great looking Video of a great Steve Postell song!
Lee playing a real backbreaker bass - all the coolness (it's a Warwick bass)
Every man knows his job. No one steps on anyone else’s toes. Another winner song by “the guys” here. Keep em comin.... Thank you.
The years of experience show through. Pretty tight, pretty tight.
Definitely. Russ has the beat tucked away exactly where it should be. It’s fkn PERFECT.
….I’m stealing that bass part, too! It’s so comfy!
This tune ROCKS!!

Great song and lead vocals by Steve Postell! All the performances are excellent as usual, but the Sklar bass line particularly stands out.
Holy cats, Lee could take out two guitarists with that bass! What a great song from a great band!

Exellent! Old school...
Love that double-neck bass, Lee! Looks like the top neck is fretless?
5 string fretted and 4 string fretless Warwick...
Please come and play in central PA
Brilliant guys - we like it! What is the double necker Lee is playing?
Warwick
Such a cool song , such good talent preforming, I know it , WOW
Muy Fabu! Old school rock! Leland... where did you get that monster double-neck bass?
Warwick
The last aside on the video: LS says ‘I could take it or leave it’ cracked me up. The question is whether Lee’s credit says ‘double-neck bass’ or ‘8-string bass’? In any case, another fabulous Immediate Family track.
it would be 9-string, Baz. The lower, fretted, neck is a 5-string :-)
@@colinness375 couldn’t see that on the small screen. Thanks for the correction! 5 strings are heavy enough in the first place...
Super ! Thanks from Paris.
Have Stevie Nicks to sing a song on the CD
