I'm Japanese living in Japan.
It was 20 years ago I first visited the Philippines.
Me and my friend did diving in Cebu and we are fascinated by the wonderful marine world in the Philippines because natural nature is still intact there.
The time flies so fast the second visit to the Philippines is about 10 years later from my first visit.
We had a lot of fun.
The third visit is memorable for me because It was the first time I enrolled in an English school in the Philippines in Angeles, Pampanga.
It was so fun to learn English from Philipino teachers so I deeply into the Philippines a lot from this visit.
Additionally, I love Philippines cuisine a lot. For example, street foods, sisig, sunmigel light, bicor express so on.
Moreover, I love hot weather conditions like in the

This is why I falling love with the Philippines.

Just go to his official UA-cam channel Dimash Qudaibergen and watch everything! Please watch his FIRST performance of the song "SOS" on the Chinese show "Singer" from 2017 where he was a contestant. He has 10 more performances from this show available to watch as well. He was only 22 years old then. He is now 28 and has done so many things since. He is a world renowned vocalist. You cannot call Dimash just a singer. He has an 8 octive range. You will see. Dimash has been known to sing in 12 different languages. Watch everything he has done. Dimash Qudaibergen was born on May 24, 1994, in Aktobe, Kazakhstan into musical royalty. Height: 1.91m; 6' 3'. Grandfather played professional dombra, grandmother was a teacher and sings.

In 2016, Dimash turned down the offer of the National Opera in Astana because he wanted to go his own way ... He created his own genre: neoclassical combined with classical, folklore and other styles such as pop, rock, R&B and jazz. We laypeople say 'Popera'. 😃
Dimash is independent and has full artistic control over himself. He founded his own company named Dimash Ali.
In 2017, Dimash surprised everyone in China. He opened the eyes of his critical compatriots. Today Dimash is a 'cultural ambassador' for his country and a 'national treasure' (not an official title). He himself is a proud Kazakh and patriot.
Dimash plays at least 7 instruments, traditional dombra is a must in his family. He speaks Kazakh (mother tongue) and Russian without accent (second language in Kazakhstan), is learning English and Mandarin. He says dancing and Mandarin are difficult for him. So far, he sings in 13 languages, trains his voice for 3 hours every day... but Dimash said: "You don't need to know how hard I've worked, you just need to enjoy the results".
Experts consider Dimash to be a lyrical baritone with a typically long range. Dimash says of himself that he is a tenor. Some believe that he does not sing his high notes as a countertenor but as a natural soprano. He is the first singer to sing all 5 voices: bass, baritone, tenor, contralto, soprano.

He also writs and compose own songs, plays bunch of instruments including Dombra there own Kazakh instrument that has a sound you can’t believe and onley 2 strings! He also sings in about 14 (Kazakh, Turkish, Usceck, Russian, Ukranian, Serbien, Bulgarian Chinese , Italien, Spamish, French, English, German, Japanese ) languages and speaks 3 so far (Kazakh, Russian and English).
Dimash has an excellent education: he graduated from the College of Music with a degree in Opera Singing, university of arts in the specialty "Estrada and jazz vocals", and on June 18, 2020, he completed a master's degree in Composition. He graduated with a degree in opera from the music school at the University of Aktobe (2014), a degree in pop/jazz from the National Arts University in Nur Sultan (2018), just completed his Master's degree in composition (June 2020) and have started his PhD.
He have done some contests in his life but the one I think got the worlds intension is "The Singer" (Allso called "I am a singer" or "Singer") from China in 2017. The Singer is a program for established Chinese singers to face off against each other invites only in a competition where votes were cast by an audience of 500.
Dimash Qudaibergen was a last-minute inclusion (a 'dark horse'). But his performance of 'SOS D'un Terrien En Detresse' electrified the audience, his fellow competitors and the viewers who numbered in the billions (this program was one of the most-watched in China and outside).
They also got him the nickname "Imported little brother" the day after the show. They also had to get bodyguard for Dimash do to the famous over night both in China and also the world. Dimash wasn’t really prepared for that. He had come to China at 22 years young man by him self and didn’t know the language. They hade contracted him for 2 shows because they didn’t think he cold go further than that. He didn’t think they would like him. So he was nervous this performers that he had also to start the show with. But they hade to change that do to his famous over night.
Dimash got many new friends from this show and he said at some point he learned a lot from it to.

Gloria Wu's channel has the back-story about the song that is so sad and from a life story about a boy losing his parents in an awful way. If I remember correct he wrote the music to this one when he was 19 years old and lyrics by Oral-kosai Baisengir, who was a poet/lyricist father of a friend of Dimash. Also in this show another contestant "Terry Lin" that was about 51 years young here he considered Dimash a dear friend at this point. But Dimash started telling them al he was his father around episode 9 I think!! That is a big respect and love from his part of the world to call him! Terry was gladly accepting it. He is from Kazakhstan, and as you noticed, he is classically trained in Opera but also many other genres and he typically moves his voice- his techniques - between and across genres in his performances. I was interested in what you thought about his Japanese pronunciation, given that you didn't comment on this. This was a very enjoyable reaction. You have barely even begun to scratch the surface of Dimash's talent and ability. He has performed songs in 15 languages; Kazakh, Russian, English, Mandarin Chinese, Italian, French, Spanish, German, Serbian, Turkish, Sicilian, Ukrainian, Kyrgyz, Arabic, and Japanese. Besides his native Kazakh tongue, he speaks fluent Russian, which is still an official language in most former Soviet Republics. Dimash is getting pretty good with English but is still studying it along with Mandarin, which he says is a challenging language to learn. Dimash plays six instruments; the piano, dombra, guitar, xylophone, cello, and drums. He usually performs for more than two hours during live concerts and treats his audience to an eclectic mix of styles.
A good professional vocalist has a range of about 3 octaves. According to some analysts, Diamsh's range is over 7 octaves (A1-D8), spanning across all four registers. He has continued to hone his skills and to fine-tune and perfect his already unbelievable abilities even more. There does not seem to be a limit to what he can achieve vocally. I am excited to follow his journey. Dimash may go down in history as the most extraordinary vocal talent known to man. I cannot think of anyone, past or present, capable of doing what Dimash is capable of. I am still waiting on someone to name a single individual even remotely close to Dimash's mastery.

Avoid any performance from "The World's Best." The show in L.A. was utterly disgraceful. The production team edited and cut all of Dimash's performances down to 2 minutes and cut out his Kazakh song for no reason.

@@eannemarie739 Hello, Annemarie. To tell you the truth, I am simply reposting information I gathered from other sources and have not actually heard Dimash perform in all those languages. As for Italian and Sicilian, Sicilian has its own grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation rules, and is said to be difficult, if not impossible, for an Italian speaker to understand. Italian is almost entirely Latin based, whereas Sicilian incorporates elements of Greek, Arabic, French, Catalan, and Spanish.

It's amazing how a young man, with all the well-being, manages to convey the pain of the inevitable loss of a loved one. This can be heard in every note of the singer and in the musical accompaniment. The words "don't go away" sound so shrill that you involuntarily start crying. Japanese poet Goro Matsui, the author of the lyrics of the song ”Ikanaide", tweeted: "A foreign singer performed the song "Ikanaide" in our native language! I've heard it sung by foreign singers, but he's the first one to perform this song so beautifully in Japanese." Goro Matsui also shared that he would be glad to hear some more songs performed by Dimash, which he also composed together with the author of the music and the first performer of "IKANAIDE" Koji Tamaki.
