Gas vs. Charcoal...if it ain't charcoal, it ain't right. As a city girl, with country girl tendencies, there ain't no way I am using propane to cook. Ive had a blackstone pizza oven for years. I make my own dough from scratch as well as my own sauce. My pizza over has a turntable powered by a rotiserie motor. I can cook pizzas in 90 seconds from raw to perfection.

Wasn't in the box. If you see the pic I put in the screen it was imbedded in the door like it went in there and not detacheable

All sites say what their products don't do like "up to", "startin' at, etc etc. You might have to get with them on that. I just reviewed it with what I tested
