Based on a video from Rose-Marie Swift, she demonstrated Crystal Slipper, which I ordinarily wouldn’t have thought would look good on me. And it’s BEAUTIFUL! It’s the perfect blush if you want a subtle look. I’m very fair, and I have a small face. So no matter how lightly I apply blush, it’s always “WOMP!!! BLUSH!!”😂. But not with Crystal Slipper! It’s so lovely, it’s my favorite!❤️

Wow. Every shade works on your skin tone which is impressive. I didn't think Hanky Panky would work but it gave your skin a glow from within like you got in from skiing or something. Beautiful colors. I want them all. Please do more of this line!

@@DaniSmith405 I was thinking about Bermuda Rose and Hanky Panky, but I keep going back to Bermuda Rose.
I bought the safest shade, French Rose. It really is beautiful. Looks very pretty and natural on the skin, easy to build up if you want, doesn’t look chalky/powdery at all.

I was DETERMINED to make these blushes work for me lol to justify the price point 😅 but i tried something fun id like to share. I dabbed pomegranate fizz on my lips then topped it off with a balm (aquaphor) and it looks great!!

Mai Tai on brow BONE under brow gives sun kiss to eyes. Also use Mai Tai as eye shadow

All of them look very beautiful on you! I'm so tempted to try the Maiden's Blush! I only have one go-to blush and that is the Ilia Color Haze in "Before Today" (a dusty mauve) and it doesn't look like any of these colors are very close to that shade... but I love the luminosity! I watched a couple of different videos showing off the shades to try and get an idea of what would work well for my skin tone and yours was my favorite because I felt like you applied them with a lighter hand and it was more relatable to how I would plan on using them! Hi! Thank you so much! ☺️ I'm so glad you found the video helpful! I love these blushes! Maiden's Blush is definitely one of my favorites! It's one of my go-to shades with these blushes. The shades that I tend to use the most are French Rose, Mai Tai and Maiden's Blush.

Do the RMS blushes look the same as the Becca Cosmetics blushes on your cheeks? Or is there a difference? If so, how do they differ? Thanks so much for your review!
Hi!! Ohh good question. Honestly I only ever tried one of the Becca Cosmetics blushes but that was years ago so I'm not sure if I can give the best comparison. I tried the Becca Cosmetics blush in the shade Tigerlily and I feel like the RMS Blush in the shade Mai Tai is quite similar! I think maybe the Becca blushes are more pigmented right off the bat but the RMS blushes are more subtle when you first apply them. But as you could see from the demo, the RMS blushes are buildable so you can definitely add more pigment for a bolder blush look. As far as how they look on the cheeks, I feel like they look pretty similar. They both give a really pretty luminosity to the skin. I hope that helps a little! ☺️

Hey Dani, do you think that the shade Maiden's Blush would be suited for a very fair skin tone? I saw that for the Rare Beauty foundation you are in the shade 180W, I am 130N 😳 and even that one I mix it with 110N, so I'm paper white. I am looking for a nude-ish, very natural shade of blush
Hi Madeline! Yes, I think it could for sure! What's nice about these blushes is that you can make them sheer if you want to and just add more to build it up if you want more color. Honestly, if you use a light amount, you can even use these blushes like a blush topper for just an added hint of color and a luminous finish.

French Rose looks a bit similar to Maiden's Blush on your face... Do you think it's the same case in real life? I already have a go-to blush in warm, light pink (Bareminerals Blonzer) and wouldn't want to go for something too alike.
Ohh no, they're quite different! French Rose is more of a bright pink and Maiden's Blush is more like a soft cinnamon. I personally think they look different in person.

I feel like Maiden's Blush is a safe choice because it's more neutral than the other shades. Honestly, I bet they'd all look beautiful on you though! ☺️
IMO... sangria, mai tai or pomegranate fizz for my fellow ginger but i agree that they all would look gorgeous! Sephora has them on sale for $24 right now but mai tai & pomegranate fizz were sold out of course so i went with sangria & am glad i did after watching this swatch video!

Potentially! I think most makeup will transfer a little bit onto a mask. But if you use a setting spray, that should definitely help! :)

I am looking for a shade that is like Nars Orgasm. Im still deciding between Sangria and Pomegrenade. What would you suggest?
I think both the shade Sangria and Pomegranate Fizz are quite a bit different than Nars Orgasm but I'd say that Sangria is probably a closer match.
Bohemian Girls is very similar to NARS Orgasam

Like your videos a lot, but I wish you could have another type of light setting. Looks as if the light comes under your chin. Can be a little misleading with that kind of light. Sorry,just had to mention it.
No worries! I normally use natural lighting and a box light. Maybe for this video, the natural lighting was reflecting in a way where it looked like the light was under my chin?
Have you noticed it in my more recent videos as well or was it just some of my older videos? This video was from a year ago so my set up was a little different then. I hope my current videos have better lighting! ☺️

Aw sorry to hear that! I thought the natural light and one box light was the best way for me to show the shades accurately. It doesn't look too bright on my screen so I thought it was okay. Sorry about that. I'll work to improve my lighting for future videos. ☺️
