This decade-long tenure should have been more than enough time to ensure the maintenance and safety of critical infrastructure.
The current administration’s attempt to deflect blame is a blatant refusal to accept accountability. Proper maintenance and timely inspections are the duties of the ruling government, regardless of when a structure was erected.
