Your space is awesome. Well thought out. We all continue to evolve in our space as needed. I just moved my embellishments to Tiffany store and go that I had. I had them in binders. But i think I will use more this way and easier to get at. I also put some in my second pink Stephanie bag that I love. Like you did. Great video. Hope your Christmas was amazing.

Gorgeous room!! I was happy to see I am on the right track by already using some similar organizing techniques. I know I need to cull stuff I never use, ( or use it up!) I used to be an avid scrapbooker, but haven’t done it for awhile even though I have albums to finish.

Great tour, Lisa. Hadn’t thought of storing my embellishments like you do or filing the ink blending tops that way. I Velcro the TH distress ones to the bottom of the ink pads but your idea will be great for TSOL inks. Thanks so much for sharing!

I'm like you with storing scraps, but I have 4 bins with no smaller than 2x3 scraps. I do keep my scraps color coordinated that's my OCD. lol Love your room. We are in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment but I do have the 2nd bedroom as my scrap and card making room. I feel so blessed. Love your posts and love SOL. Thanks for sharing.

Great space. Another use for those baseball sleeve pocket pages you store your ink daubers in...is to store your tiny individual stamps we sometimes get from TSOL or other places. I keep all my small stamps in a binder using those baseball card pocket pages. They get lost in all the big sleeves with the bigger sets. I really like now you stored and labeled your ink daubers. I might have to borrow that idea from you.

Thanks for sharing your space. Impressive organization. I too use those trading card pocket pages. Maybe I missed it, but I watched twice and didn't hear/see where you store the stamp sets from TSOL card kits. I've been saving the idea card with those sets ina plastic shoebox which works for me.

I love watching crafts room videos. I too have a large one. My weakness with the scrapbooks is the themed card stock packages for the actual scrapbooks. It is difficult for me to find anything that does 12x12. Where do you keep all of your? You did show us a couple containers that you said were just were you saying for other stores not from your actual business. Those are the ones that I am mostly interested in. They're the kits that you don't want to separate and put plaids with plaids or reds with reds cuz they all match up together and they might have animals and everything else in them. I don't know how you keep everything dusted. All those little compartments of pen sitting and containers and the rolls of ribbon and everything else. Mine's hidden behind doors. I wish I didn't have so many stamps that were on the old wood blocks. I have tons of those from when I was selling. Have you found a printer that will print 12x12 full size without cutting off a quarter inch all the way around. The only ones that I have found say they're 12x12 but are truly not. Thank you for any information you might share

Q though... have you found any good envelopes (besides the Stamps of Life medium and large storage envelopes) that are good for storing the card die sets? Thank you. I don't store my card kits since I use them up each month. Any leftover embellishments are stored with my embellishments. Leftover paper is stored with my paper pads. The word dies are stored with my word dies, etc.

So happy I found you! I am so lucky to have two rooms, which make up my craft room! But I had no idea how to organize until I saw this! Yours is the best craft room tour of all the ones I've watched. I was just wondering, if you have only one of the peg boards, or do you have two together? It seems like you have quite a few baskets hanging off of it, which made me think it was more than one! I will need probably as many baskets as you, and just wanted to be sure before I order! Thank you for the great ideas!

i really like your craft room and found some wonderful ideas for storage. i will need to get a bank loan to head out to IKEA (not sure where the nearest one is to me, but i know i have to travel at least half way down the lower peninsula of Michigan to find it--i'm in the far upper peninsula right on the Canadian border). oh how i wish i had all of the Stamps of Life items that you have!

Wal Mart Mainstay brand has a shelf with 8 squares similar to the Ikea one. Make sure you check the inside deminsions of the square. It has to be at least 12.5 x 12.5 to hold a lot of items designed for papercraft items. I'm thinking most come in 13.5" x 13.5"....at least the older recollections or Jetmax modular units did that you could slide inside the Ikea units.
I'm pretty sure there's only one Ikea in Michigan and it's in Canton down closer to Detroit. I dream of one day going pulling an empty trailer with a pocket full of money. LOL
@@crazylovingit1 i'm pretty sure you are right. my son and his wife went there on a trip downstate this past year....i was green with envy but there was no way i could travel that far with them. i am disabled and was scheduled to have hip and knee replacements when this pandemic started (along with a major robotics surgery that would take 8-10 hrs down at Beaumont hospital close to Detroit). If i couldn't go to Detroit for my surgery, i sure couldn't go to buy craft shelves....maybe some day soon. i wonder if there is an IKEA in Green Bay??
Love your craft room tour & the stamp & die storage method you are using is called the Jennifer McGuire stamp & die storage method, which she developed many years ago & pretty much 99.9% of the crafting community uses that method , along with IKEA furnishings, Totally Tiffany, etc., plus antique/vintage furnishings & decor, but I absolutely love watching all of the craft room tour videos & have for several years. Hi Lisa. I love your craft room and your organization tips. Thank you so much for sharing this as this gives me so many ideas. I do not have a craft room and use part of my bedroom to store my craft items. I am very interested in purchasing the Kallax cube storage unit you have but in the 16 cube one. The question I have is does the unit get attached to the wall? When I went onto the IKEA website I thought I read that. Another question I have is where did you purchase the large bin that you store your extra embellishment? That would be perfect for my 3D Anna Griffin sentiments and different die cuts.
I have my embellishments in the Totally Tiffany Sue buddy bag and the Stephanie bag. You can definitely attach the ikea unit to the wall. I don’t have mine attached though and I’ve never had problems with it tipping over. My units are smaller though. If it was a larger and taller unit, I would definitely secure it to the wall. You should also secure it if you have small children in the house.
I hot so many ideas. I have been wanting to redo my studio. I did the whole thing with the modular pieces from recolections and it was a mistake they just aren't the right sizes.

Hmm...I would probably invest in a functional armoire that could be used as a craft space. This would allow me to close the doors on it when I’m not using it. All craft stuff would be stored inside. It would have to have a pull out desk. I actually have a piece of furniture like that that I use in my living room. It has my computer in it. I just close it up when I’m not using it so it looks pretty on the outside.
