Self-improvement is a necessary component of all successful people, good on you. I had a mentor who I deeply respect tell me once, if you don't see a friend for ten years, and met them, and they're still exactly the same, doing the same stuff, then they aren't learning, growing, or improving, and steer clear. Some people learn from their own mistakes, some people never learn, but the wise will learn from the mistakes of others and not have to make them in the first place! We all have so much to teach one another. That's one of my favorite aspects of romantic relationships, you get to know someone and get a fresh perspective on life. I always try to learn something from relationships, even if it's just cool new music or something like that. Stay grinding and shining sister, God Bless, Jesus loves you!

Diamonds are actually really plentiful and have limited practical uses, but there was a massive campaign a long time ago when they mined for something else and discovered diamonds instead to push the idea of a diamond engagement ring being the sign of a man who is serious and a good match in marriage. Women ate it up, it became the norm, and now the market is careful controlled to limit supply to artificially inflate the price of what are in fact shiny, pretty, but pretty useless stones. The two big take aways for me are that women have enormous control over the marketplace, and people are gullible.

My father gave me some very solid advice about life that relates. When you get older and enter adulthood, people decide who to hang out with and don't have them thrust on you by going to school. And then you have to decide, who are you going to make friends with or date: people at work, people at the bar, or people at church. I had to think about that and really ponder what I wanted to do. I decided that the only logical step was to avoid any entanglements at work, don't shit where you eat. You can make great friends at the bar, but random hookups or dating people from that scene? I don't think that's a good idea, it's fun too, but it always turns to shit. Church is...different. Girls want serious men who want to get married there, and the men who are quality want the same thing. They all vary, churches and the people in them, but a good church is going to have good people like who I described. Just don't go to church and think everyone there is saved lol. Just because you're in church doesn't mean that you live it when you leave.

Look - I am a 36 yr old woman and I was raised by my dad who was a stay at home dad. My dad was BORN with diabetes and due to the difficult that disease brings, my dad lost his vision at the age of 25, with 2 kids and working a good job in construction. He didn’t give up. He was the best stay at home dad ever. He worked out every day in our home gym, had the house clean daily, dinner ready so my mom could earn the paycheck. But my mom didn’t worry about her babies. Her man was holding it down better than I see moms do today. He was blind so he couldn’t drive and coached ALL of our sport teams, and got us to every practice with us in a wagon or stroller. He was and still is amazing. Being a MAN is a lot more than people think. And whatever role you get in life, take it and do it well and work hard at it

Though the younger ones don't do as much as the older ones. Our whole family stays fit and eats well. If we can find time to workout, ya'll can find time to work out. Seeing all those chubby gents take control of their lives and get jacked warms my heart to no end. Although I'm on the 3rd act of a very similar journey I am extremely disappointed I didn't get any before pics (was too ashamed). Now I'm getting jacked and for the first time in my life and catching glances & flirts random women. PLUS my wife of 28 years seems to have turned into a little minx that cannot keep her hands off me. I'm certain seeing young ladies check me out at the store has nothing to do with it😉. Love your work, please keep it up!
P.s. I've been using your line to inspire other chubby gents in my life "Time to turn these dad bods into father figures". It's starting to gain traction too. My older brother & two good buddies have all jumped into working out now. Hopefully I can get more to start as well or at bare minimum turn them on to your channel.

I've gotta agree with the whole “if you cannot financially support a family, you should not have kids.”, most of the problems in the world would be taken care of if people did not have kids until they were mentally, and financially able to.
Also, everything would be far cheaper with fewer people around.
The way I see it freezing your sperm, and getting the snip would be a great idea, that way if you fuck up with picking a partner, your not paying a ton of money on Child support, along with the alimony payments. I think it's also possible to undo the snip, but if the tubes healed over, you will not be able to undo it. Male birth control is also something being worked on, but we have a few years before that's ready.
