There is a slight error. The nuclear envelope is made of two separate lipid bilayers. In other words, each lipid bilayer is made of two leaflets, so the nuclear envelope has 4 leaflets. Contrast this with the cell membrane which is made of one lipid bilayer so there are two leaflets. I know this was a tad confusing when I first learned it. Apart from that, fantastic video.
I liked your lecture! I think there is a problem with your picture of the "outer membrane" and "inner membrane" and "perinuclear space." What you have drawn is a single phospholipid bilayer--in other words, two sides of a single membrane. To show two membranes you should have TWO phospholipid bilayers, with a space in between them.
Thanks a lot ! Got the lesson in to the head clearly ! Very nice teaching ! It hit the brain 🧠 ! 💪🏾 Very nice 👍 ! I have no words ! Again thanks a lot ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 .
oh my god...thank you for uploading ur lecture on UA-cam. Im Korean student planning to enter medical college in Hungary, which means that I need to study biology in English .....haha... tough for social-science student(me) . This lecture really help me to understand biology much easier.
I have a question: Nuclear membrane is a membrane that is built of two smaller membranes, right? And there are 2 Lipidbilayers, right? From the lecture video i understand that there is only one membrane around the nucleus and only one Lipidbylayer.
Nuclear membrane has two lipid bilayers- outer membrane and inner membrane. Each membrane (inner/outer) has two lipid layers. See the picture- qph.ec.quoracdn.net/main-qimg-8c9eac06715f9294ed01f71d0ea9378a
Dear sir i liked your lectures but there is some question about nucleus nucleus pores (NPC) have 8th fibril which open in cytosol and karyoplasm what its work
not all of it but a fair amount, I'd recommend checking your exam board's syllabus and look at the topics you don't need to know and skip those parts, albeit there's nothing wrong with further reading

True....
Yes, the nuclear envelop is consisted of TWO bilayer membrane (4 layers of phospholipids)
I agree
Oh great point!
The nucleous membrane consists of 2 phospholipid bilayer membrane, that makes the structure you drew times 2.
i might be 8 years too late but this has helped me sm you have no idea
Thanks a lot !

thank you so much for numerous helpful videos.
You have helped me so much. Thanks

Thanks for doing this.
thank u so much ☺
u r a awesome lecturer👍
excellent i wish you are my lecture.... please continue to make videos like this please
i have understood this summary more than what i had grasped in my lecture.
Very nice
the nuclear membrane consist of two Phospholipid Bilayers not one
Thank you so much sir🙏🏻...it was the best lecture ever

شكرا ،، اقدر جهودك
U r wonderful
Good lecturer
Thank you sir
Awesome
Thanks I have assignment about cell nucleus tomorrow
Wish me luck guys😬

👍👍
Why you not uploaded on chloroplasts
can you teach mdcat preparation please reply i amwaiting thanks
Tanxs nice lecture
Is this too detailed for a levels ?

Ur lecture is supub.... But White borde is blur thats wht .. I cant copy
😊
