Yeah how do they get it to sound like that. It was actually soothing as Brit driving in Florida. Our bridge joints are just bump, thud thud thud bump when it hits the expansion joints.
In my opinion, the Palmetto south of the current southern terminus of I-75 is built up to interstate standards and should be a southern extension of 75 down to it’s end at US1 in Kendall but that’ll lead to costly renumbering of exits and mileage numbering. If FDOT did that, it’ll be mile marker 486 to enter Georgia instead of the current mile marker 471.
Ah, the most infamously jammed ramps in all of the Golden Glades! And I sincerely doubt the reconfiguration project will change that, given that they're not really doing anything to redirect that pattern. Widen the Palmetto all you want, it still gets bumper to bumper anyway 😆
I love the Bridge Sound part Florida got some very Unique sounds and I enjoy them very much

@@marcgardner868 it’s from there tires but also u have to have a good microphone that can crisp and clear to pick it up just right
@@TheworldwidetruckerGotta be the surface and way the bridges are made also. It just sounds different to ours in the UK.
@@marcgardner868 Bridges have grooves for traction, and when tires cross them they make distinct sounds (based on the pattern).
@@marcgardner868 well They use a very special type of concrete for there bridges.

These kinds of videos ought to be boring but I always find them mesmerizing.
Will you be able to get the Gateway Expressway? It just opened 2 days ago.

"This is a sign". No lie, Clyde! And Ozinga must be a division of Bazinga.
So in good traffic, driving the entire Palmetto Expressway is less than a 30 minute trip. Wow.
Can you do the opposite direction on the Palmetto Expressway please?
