I feel like our team and its staff are one of the better ones in the NFL (and I mean in terms of work environment for our players) very nice training facility, one buc place, good central area in Tampa etc.
And besides the brutal heat and humidity so thick you have to chew the air before you breathe during training camp the majority of the season is ideal for football in the winter months
I hope he thrives in this defense

You played nice and aggressive with outside in containment keep up the same rhythm and make sure you communicate on the field and jam receivers in the 1st 5 yards.... buy some gloves and knock the pigskin out when tackling .... also you can take it away before they hit the ground.... split their hands open, tackle one arm in the body .... but if they make you run across the field .... Bring the Boom !!! Great addition Coach for come up and stick them on 3rd down mentality ....
wear a chain around your neck to restart your life over ... Good luck this season and welcome to the NFL ... get Neal fired up and light a flame under Right Corner ...... The new addition of you and LCB #37 should get this secondary fired up ..... think of Philly's secondary with the addition of DeJean and Mitchell to go with Sydney Brown .... and now Devin White who came from Tampa .... so we need you to solidify and fly around the field on "Game Day" and not be afraid to set the tone Early ...... to let the receivers know it is going to be a long game ..... (Pursuit angles with the intent to cause a fumble) Welcome to Tampa !!
