amazing video, all the films shown in it I'd love to see videos on too whenever you get to them. the intensity and insightfulness of your narration along with the classical piano music reminded me of its such a beautiful day if you've ever seen that film. it's one of my favourites, felt changed after it
Just discovered your channel (through the "Brave Little Toaster" vid) and I have to say, it happened at The Perfect Time. I'm going to watch this video again, but first, some thoughts that went through my brain: Strophics, prosedy, alliteration, insight, Harry Dean Stanton, my thinking thing, so my brain isn't alone... At first I thought "How did you get inside my head?" but by the end I was thinking " Don't go" Thank you
Great video like the others. I checked your Letterboxd account and Clouds of May is one of your favorites. As someone from Turkey I wasn't expecting that at all, what a nice surprise. Which other movies from Turkey are your favorites?
I really love Ceylan’s films particularly. Unfortunately I don’t have a ton of knowledge on Turkish cinema beyond him, but I am interested in learning more and would love any non-Ceylan recommendations you can give me.
@@creativedestructionvideo It is understandable, he is objectively the best and probably the most accessible director from Turkey right now. For me and so many people from Turkey Once Upon A Time In Anatolia best movie of him. Culturally It is the most accurate and complete one for me. I would put Distant at number 2 and Winter Sleep at 3. Other movies I can recommend: The Road(1982), Innocence(1997), Destiny(2006), Time to Love(1965), Hope(1970), Ivy(2015), Burning Days(2022).

Love your channel a lot. ❤ Was waiting for your next video. It is so uplifting.
I'm so glad!
Beautiful
Think this is the second time you've made me bump a movie to the top of my list. Thank you for the push and love the videos.
Which films?
@@creativedestructionvideo Paris Texas for this one, the other im following it with is andrei rublev
Can’t go wrong with either of those. Let me know what you think of them
An ever disappearing moment , the paradoxes, ambiguity, sudden blur and focus . In a way the unbearable lightness of being .
Great video man!
Thank you so much!
Thank you!😢
