Hey, when I move my shoulder blade it is very crunchy (both sides but one much more), shoulder blades are grinding and don’t move smoothly. Besides that my shoulder joints pop very often I mean I’m popping them, but they are more likely to pop after grinding my scapulas. What would you advise me to do?
