Lego Rock Raiders, Alpha Team, Aqua Raiders, Mars Mission, Dino 2010, so many amazing themes. Lego just doesn't have that in house creativity anymore it feels like. Sadly the corporatised licensed sets make the $$$. So they were in effect completely different versions of similar sets. The helicopter for example had a large cage that could be picked up with a deployable claw, and the 4 tracked vehicle also had a large cage that could be towed. You also forgot one of the underwater series, Alpha Team. Alpha Team had both an underwater and "ice" theme. Though perhaps it wasn't necessarily "exploration". Loved all of the underwater themes.
Glad to see a one hour lego theme video to see that I do not own any set of only spybotics, aqua zone, avatar and Lego universe. I'm afraid that I'm getting old.

Chima fizzling out is a bummer, give it a few years and it'll be one of those themes everyone is suddenly clamoring for to add to their collection since they ignored it at release
i genuinly miss the atlantis theme, i loved that, but only ever got 1 set with just a diver, i genuinly hope to one day be able to put the sets together myself, especially the minifigs i also would love to own the creatures in general, cause i would love to one day build a massive diorama of different clans of creatures, like a ninja clan, underwater clan, pirate clan, magic clan, flying clan, something like that
They ought to bring back Monster Hunters and Chima would be pretty cool to see return. Mixels was also pretty fun, I had Gurgle and cannibalised him for a giant snake but I probably would have preferred the medieval tribe characters. I very much wanted Atlantis sets as a kid, but I never had any.
5:54 The hairmold your talking about is not only unique for the reason your talking about. It’s also one of the only hair pieces that’s made out of rubber, not plastic 😁
I remember my first Lego set. It was the snake helicopter from Ninjago. A decade(?) later, and more than half of my bedroom is taken up by sets and assorted bricks.
Bionicle, Exo-Force, Fantasy era Castle, Pirates, Mars Mission, Aqua Raiders, Power Miners, Pharaoh's Quest, Seasons 0 and 1 Ninjago, Vikings, Racers (which everyone forgot about but it still has the coolest car designs out of any Lego theme to this day), Agents, Ultra Agents, Space Police III, Atlantis, Dino Attack, Alpha Team-those are all the best Lego themes, imo. And, Bionicle and Exo-Force reign king above all. I stopped purchasing Lego when they stopped making original themes. Now, I only purchase the Castle-related set we get once every year or two. Also, who else remembers Lego Mindstorm? Lego quietly dropped it after releasing an updated version, and now, like Lego Racers, I don't see anyone talk about it.
I have the most nostalgia from the lego space police, atlantis, powerminers and agents sets. I also really miss exoforce and bionicle which was probably my favourite...
I grew up with bionicle, Alpha Team, Life on Mars, Exo-Force, Knight's kingdom, Mars mission, Powerminers, Aqua Raiders, Castle, Dino 2010, Spacepolice 3, 4 juniors, Vikings, classic Harry Potter, World Racers, Ferrari, adventurers, Racers, World city and then city. Later came Atlantis, pharaoh's quest(my modern favourite) Agents and a few more but then all my Lego-focus was put on Star Wars, indiana Jones and other licensed themes I missed Rock Raiders, Exploriens and insectoids, too bad. Those were the days! So many awesome themes from the 2000's! I hope Lego will revisit this idea and launch more own themes in the future!
Chief from Rock Raiders is technically the first minifig with a functional prosthetic arm. but if you want to get technical on it, Captain Roger is the first minifig to have any sort of prosthesis.
The reason that Lego Avatar the Last Air Bender stopped being produced was because it was introduced in “competition” with Lego spongebob. This “competition” was advertised in Lego magazines under the premise the the best selling line would get more sets. I.E. Lego released the two Avatar sets at the same time as two SpongeBob sets, the SpongeBob sets were more popular, so the SpongeBob line received more set. Thus, the end of Lego Avatar the Last Air Bender
I started collecting Ninjago sets in Season 4, so I guess I'm a fairly original fan. I also used to love watching SpitBrix and TannerFishies lol. What I would give to have gotten some of the original Ninjago sets...

i genuinly miss the atlantis theme, i loved that, but only ever got 1 set with just a diver, i genuinly hope to one day be able to put the sets together myself, especially the minifigs
i also would love to own the creatures in general, cause i would love to one day build a massive diorama of different clans of creatures, like a ninja clan, underwater clan, pirate clan, magic clan, flying clan, something like that
They ought to bring back Monster Hunters and Chima would be pretty cool to see return.
Omg
GGs youre first
I grew up with Bionicles, Hero Factory, Ninjago, Chima, Star Wars, Mixels, and other early 2000s and almost all male 2010s sets
I remember my first Lego set. It was the snake helicopter from Ninjago. A decade(?) later, and more than half of my bedroom is taken up by sets and assorted bricks.
44:15 … you should see what vampire squids look like , being goofy isn’t unrealistic when nature is feeling a little silly
Atlantis and Monster Fighters were definitely the coolest themes ever!
Monster hunters is by far one of my favorite themes till this day. My favorite set was the ghost train.
Man I would have loved to have gotten my hands on a Chima set back then.
When I opened TV this morning, I saw a Chima episode going on. Ten years later.
Later came Atlantis, pharaoh's quest(my modern favourite) Agents and a few more but then all my Lego-focus was put on Star Wars, indiana Jones and other licensed themes
I missed Rock Raiders, Exploriens and insectoids, too bad.
Those were the days! So many awesome themes from the 2000's! I hope Lego will revisit this idea and launch more own themes in the future!
I like the Lego Mixels and my fave are Flain, Boogly, Flurr, Lunk, and other too
Awesome video SpitBrix! I have that dino attack atv with the black raptor, and the transforming sub base with the stand from Atlantis. Good times!!
Chief from Rock Raiders is technically the first minifig with a functional prosthetic arm. but if you want to get technical on it, Captain Roger is the first minifig to have any sort of prosthesis.
dribal is my favorite because I got him when I was very young and he holds a special place in my heart!
Lego pharaoh's quest ninjago Atlantis lego chima and mixels and monster fighters brought me nostalgia I miss those days. 😢😢
The Lego Atlantis Shark Attack was my first every lego set.
Monster hunters i like most cause its very iconic
I still have some Lego Mars Mission sets, i love this set.
I started collecting Ninjago sets in Season 4, so I guess I'm a fairly original fan. I also used to love watching SpitBrix and TannerFishies lol. What I would give to have gotten some of the original Ninjago sets...
omg nostalgia wave love chima, still have all the sets
I have 3/4s of the minifigs in the thumbnail. That is the only reason i clicked. ❤
please do a video on Space Police!
Lots of great sets in that theme!
@@SpitBrixhi, BIG FAN
@@SpitBrix fun fact that swamp creature appeared in the lego movie
damn those days of legend of chima. i miss that.
8:51 i love the unscripted laugh there!
I really wished Monster Hunters was more bigger. Younger me and even current me loves it so much
