I have been guilty of being task focused when I had the opportunity to be people focused. I am going to work on being better at recognizing those opportunities.

I’m one of your biggest fans! Love your videos about communication, team building, planning, scheduling etc and I’ve now ready every Patrick lencioni book as well as leadership and self deception thanks to your recommendations, but I think I speak for myself and probably lots of other rookie and/or self proclaimed, small business owner PMs out there when I say we would still love to see a video on “a good daily routine” or “A day in the life” for project managers. Not all of us have our PMPs or we’re formally trained and people like me could use a good video on the everyday basics of project management! Thanks Jason!!

I had a leader that would always say that his job was to teach me to replace him.
