I really like your vids. keep up the good work. I also have 2 suggestions for you that I learned from making my gummies, look up "blooming your gelatin". see if you have use for that technique. I like to bloom it in a matching cool-aid Flavor instead of plain water.
Something I have also included in my gummy recipe is 1 tsp of guar gum and 3 and a half tablespoon mix of sugar and clear gel, these really help give the gummies the store bought texture and not so rubbery. But of course the size of the batch will determine how much guar gum and clear gel you add. But that is something that I have found to improve the texture.
Make a thc infused donut! Like the icing can have the thc in it and the dough is just regular. Ie buy a cinnamon donut from the store and just make the icing and dip

Why did you decide to go with 1.5 oz or 42grams (6 packets) instead of your original 4 packs (28g) ? They always came out fine with 4 packs I did 6 and they split of broke coming out the mold they def seem harder then the pack gel.
Read somewhere that you like to go with 14g per half cup. At 17% that’s like 2,880 mg per batch. Four trays of the small magic butter gummies would be 180 gummies so that’s 13mg per gummy right? That might get kind of funky.

yes you can skip it if it already has it in it. use 1/2 cup of water
would malic acid work better than citric acid the malic acid is sour like airheads

Damn my bad 2,300 mg per batch. Think the 13mg per gummy was correct though.
You mentioned leaving them in the mold for a few hours. Did you mean on the counter or in the fridge?

I wouldn't. It helps keep them from separating
