      Eldeco shaurya for residing, best project but also good for investment
      I self have plot in shaurya . Took at rate of 2900/- per sqft,3.3 yeras back now rate is b/w 5200 to 5600per sqft and that may easily go to 8000 in coming 3 years

      Bhai Maine 2022 me 1800 sq ft ka plot liya tha 38 lakh me. Abhi wahan 45 lakh ka padega.

      Maine bhi isi acre scheme me omaxe metro me plot lia hai 200 gaj ka. . Jiska allotment on paper toh bole hai 2 saal me mil jayega aur plot full development krke 4 saal me de denge,but actual me allotment milne me hi 4 saal lagege fir 2 saal aur, means total 6 years till complete development.
      But kmaxe metro ansal jaisi badi township hai 2500 acre zamin hai, aur suna hai 750 acre aur li hai vahi bagal me.. Total 3000 acre se upar ki township hogi..
      But best part , 7-8 saal phle shuru hue plots ki registry shuru ho gayi n in next 3 years dhero plots ki registry, construction hoga, n abse 5 saal baad kaafi sahi rehne layak ho jayega bcz 2025 July tak 250 villa n independent floors ka bhi possession mil jayega, kaam almost pura ho chuka hai.. Toh vaha usse rihais shuru hogi flats apartment me n jo plots ki registry honi shuru hui hai vo log next 3-5 saal me bahut construction krege.. Aur acre ke plot vahi bilkul paas ne hi aane hai..
      Toh kul milakar acre scheme me jb 5-6 saal me plot milega tb bilkul rehne layak hoga..
      Aur mere hisab se 6-7 saal me plot ka rate km se km 8000 ke aaspaas hoga(zyada bhi ho sakta hai)... So it's very good option of investment and residing after 5-6 years
