NO the drop down to choose the sender email is not available when you are verified and the domain is still not authenticated. this happens when the domain and email is not connected in some way. HOW TO FIX???
Thank you very much. I am however having trouble confirming my email. I do not have it going to an inbox, I noticed yours was checked through google to verify. I'm not sure what to do?
Hey @heatherharris72, yes I also set up my sending email on Google Workspace for better deliverability and higher trust. Here's a video to show you how to do that ua-cam.com/video/Wr2yq8A9BxI/v-deo.html Let me know if that answers your question 👍
I have custom domain and professional email. Still my emails go in promotions/spam tab. I have 6 emails in a campaign and all of that I got from the CB affiliate page of the seller. Any solution for it?
Hi @RhymeLavish, yeah there are a number of reasons why your emails might be going to either the spam or the promotions folder, which can include things like your Sender reputation, the way you have your email set up, the mailbox you're sending from, the words you use in your emails, etc. I also don't recommend you send the email swipes from the CB product owner 'as is' since lots of other affiliates will also be doing that too. You're best off editing them quite a bit first so they're not the same as what everyone else is sending. I recommend you check out my ebook guide on 'How to 3X Your Email Open Rate and Avoid The Spam Folder'. In this guide I cover everything you need to know to fix deliverability issues and and improve email engagement. You can check out my ebook here www.openratemastery.com/
Hi! I was able to verify my custom domain and verify my custom email but my email domain will not verify it still says pending. Do you have any solution for that?
Hey @christinaclemons6043, thanks for your comment. If you've verified your custom email then you should be good to go..? Do you mean the status still says 'pending'? If so, I recommend to re-watch the video and double check you've copied the CNAME records exactly. If you're still having issues then I recommend to reach out to SIO support. Let me know how it goes!
@@spiritual-preneur how long has it been since you tried to set this up? If you're confident you've copied the CNAME records exactly and it's been more than 24hrs then reach our to SIO support to ask them what's up. Let me know how it goes.
So many of you that our teaching this are showing the rookie way and not showing how to get this done with a domain name that is HOSTED at a host company outside of the domain register. Cannot find any help.
@freshstartcpn4228, It’s about necessity, not about a ‘rookie’ way or a better way, etc. Most SIO users don’t need to use a 3rd party hosting company since they use SIO just for landing pages and funnels, or they build their website in SIO. So in their case using a 3rd party host would be unnecessary and a waste of money. By host company I presume you mean a web hosting provider like BlueHost, or SiteGround? If so then I’m guessing you have your primary website hosted with a third party web host, but you’d like to use the email address associated with the domain of that website on your 3rd party host to send email via SIO, is that correct? If so, my personal setup is similar. I have my main website (built on WordPress) hosted at WPX, but I’m sending email using the email address associated with that website via SIO (and also Aweber). If that’s what you need to know how to do, then follow these videos in order: First this one ua-cam.com/video/Wr2yq8A9BxI/v-deo.html, then this one ua-cam.com/video/X1IYyd_AwN0/v-deo.html, then this one ua-cam.com/video/QUPJxTGiLIk/v-deo.html. Reason I’m using Google Workspace servers to send email rather than the host (WPX) is because G Workspace servers are one of, if not the most trusted server you can use for sending email and result in higher deliverability according to tests. Hope that helps.
Thank you for your clear instructions
