I really like the 6117, both colorway and case design. I was going back and forth on one on r/watchex but ultimately got the blue dial 7000 you have now. I didn't know how the 'slave' GMT worked until today. Thanks for showing us.
Is there a way to configure the GMT hand independently? I have the same one but the GMT time is four hours behind. the date changes correctly with gmt at 24 🤔
There isn’t a way to move it independently. If they aren’t aligned at midnight, they were put on incorrectly or the center wheel stack has jumped out of position.
I have a 6139-7069 and a 6117-6419 both running but in need of service. 7069 pushers stick. 6419 missing luminous 12 marker. Can you service? Or recommend A reputable source in the North Texas area
Thanks for the explanation on world timers. When I started high school in 1971 my father gave me a 6117 GMT. Wish I could find it!
