I'm with you! Why couldn't anyone ask her about her pregnancy? I remember when she was on a royal visit and was asked when the baby would be born, and Markle could not give a definitive answer? I have never in my life known an expecting mother who did not know the due date of her child.
Here in the US, both Markle & Harry at different interviews couldn’t recall how old their children were, gave wrong answers. Plus couldn’t relate the child’s growth & development milestones.

Archie’s birth certificate, both the one they put up as announcement of his birth and the regular one has NO DR. SIGNATURE! He should not be in the line of succession, because there is no proof that Meghan gave birth to him. No woman goes home an hour after having an epidural either. And no woman would wear WHITE 2 DAYS AFTER GIVING BIRTH BECAUSE OF ALL THE BLOOD That you have after birth.

They were careful not to be around the family privately or closely, I noticed. She didn't have a stylist, either, if I recall correctly. The story in H's book about the delivery made no real sense. M never wants to talk about the children other than in very vague terms, and never speaks about the pregnancy or delivery. It's all very strange, which is why people are asking questions. There's a reason protocol is in place for royal births. Flouting protocol wasn't being "modern" or "in control", it was setting up suspicion.

There is always the reason of privacy. She would have claimed it was an invasion of her privacy concerning a medical matter. BP probably did not know what to do, because they have never had to deal with it before. I can imagine the men in grey suits did a lot of rushing around clutching their furrowed brows. What if Harry said they had consulted a solicitor and that details of the birth came under medical privacy? They would be hamstrung. There is also the little matter of an announcement on KP website saying that they congratulated H & M on the birth of their little boy via surrogacy! It was up for two hours before it was taken down. Nicholas was also getting ready to make the announcement, he had already started speaking when he got a message in his earpiece, became very flustered, and very strangely walked off camera - no explanation given. Is it possible that Harry mentioned they were going to use surrogacy, then Meghan caught them all on the hop by announcing she was pregnant at Eugenie's wedding, then proceeded to confound and confuse everyone by wearing a moonbump! After their wedding, H & M were hardly in the country. They took several holidays and then were on the Australian tour.
Harry was, more than likely, threatening them all with racism just because Meghan wanted to do everything her way and that they had no right to interfere in a private and medical condition. Meghan's total lack of understanding when it came to Royal protocol, would convince her she could get away with it - and she has. So far. In Britain the birth mother has the control she could keep the baby or allow the child to be adopted by the genetic parents. I’m not really sure if the birth mom has the right to keep the baby, maybe court mediation or something?
