Where were all these great safeties when the kid's head got smashed just like that ball??? I also saw a Chinese kid grab the outside rail and fall 2-3 floors. Saw a guy get his plywood stuck on the ceiling and the steps chomped him up. And speed calibrator, people in US got hurt when it suddenly went backwards.... So much for emergency shutoffs... where do they find people to do these things to find out if the safety works with their own butt??

Note, the loose plate shutoff was totally useless when the mother in China got eaten...shutoffs don't work when people are idiots, I guess. By that I mean, the mechanic must have overrode the emergency stop.
