What killed President Raisi? Well, a helicopter crashed into the ground & came to an instant halt, resulting in a fatal accident to the occupants. That is what happened. As a side note, the helicopter was also a victim.
First rule in aviation: Don’t fly anywhere near fog unless you’re 10,000 feet up.
2nd Rule: Upon your flight route: If there’s any weather disruption ANYWHERE past clear blue skies, take a different route. Or don’t fly at all.
3rd Rule: check every last Gauge to make sure nothing isn’t stuck. Damaged. Or broken. And if it’s directly relevant. If so, do not fly. Send that plane to the shop. Fly another day or get on Southwest.

He did said it was too risky to go down there to investigate because that area is invisible suggesting that the cloud below post danger to helicopters to fly around. Maybe at the time when the main pilot told the others to ascend above the cloud, he was the last one to ascend since he want to make sure the others are following his directions first.. and so by the time it's his turn to ascend, it was too late and hit the side of the mountain or trees. I think that's what happened...there is no conspiracy here.

When the downdraft of cold air started the helicopter with the President in it was third and was thus submitted to the downdraft longer and thus lost more altitude, enough to hit the mountain. The other helicopters barely lost any altitude. It was an accident...
