Brazil flood: Heavy rains raise river water levels again in Rio Grande do Sul

147 people have died and another 127 still missing, the state civil defense agency said Monday, as record-breaking floods devastated cities and forced more than 500 thousand to leave their homes.
Cities in the Vale do Taquari region have been severely hit by the floods, with whole neighborhoods washed away. #brazil #flood #riograndedosul
