This is an amazing twist to the meatballs. I never thought of sautéing the onions and garlic in brown sugar nor adding coconut milk. Very interesting. This is a must try🤔 It looks so delicious. 😋😋😋
Excellent execution and I like the "local twist" with the stew beef element and coconut milk, I would have still loved to see some traditional herbs though, like fresh basil and oregano. Please get a cast iron pan!!! I feel like that also adds another level of flavor. Great job all round. I'm truly a fan.
Very interesting! Nice! Just saying a lot of Italian woman would be so mad at you! Again, this is a local twist! I am sure the local flavor was awesome! I was taught to make pasta sauce from an Italian woman with basil, lots of garlic, onion, other seasoning and tomato,, would love to try your twist!!
Haha yes this recipe will certainly cause a stir with the grannies and purists. I apologize... But I have to put my own twist on dishes else I don't feel like I'm giving the viewers something personal and valuable 🙂. Hope you try it!
It's coconut juice not milk or substitute milk stop it people if I blend beetroot with water those that make it blood you will call it juice right it the same process for the coconut so it's juice. Now that is not meatballs its too flat try more oil a fry basket and dip

This looks like a must try. I like baking my meatballs, instead of frying.
I would have never thought to use coconut milk to bind the ingredients 😯. Great tip
