It really depends what you want your chaos deck to do. It's quite versatile. I even had a good Black Luster Soldier deck until they banned Chaotic Ruler 😂 it set up negates, filled the field, then shuffled their field and graveyard into the deck when i successfully attacked turn 3

It's even crazy easy with the new Lady's Dragonmaid, we banish extra-deck light and dark dragon wih both light-end and dark-end dragon, then on the next standby phase we can fusion by Lady's effect and return those banished extra-deck monsters for this Dragonlord... Just idk when she'll come to MD tho 🤣

Nice support but i guess it cannot make branded meta because branded has only one " one card combo" e.g. branded fusion that can be stopped by ash and a branded player cannot summon this new monster before branded fusion to counter ash because it will negate also your effects

i've been testing this card on DB with Dlink, and it rarely comes out. I always felt that was just a win-more situation when I summoned. Also we need Dark Evaporation to even play this card. Now, on Braded sounds good and all since they don't have a spell/trap negate. Its effect it's mandatory, so most of the time u want to summon on ur opponent's turn. Is it good? It is; 3 omni-negates and revive one dragon when it leaves the field? Awesome. It will always come out on Branded? I have my doubts. Like I said: Good to have a response to ur opponent's spell/trap, but just like on Dlink I feel that is a win-more situation, and I didn't even take in consideration Maxx C and now Fuwalos.
I believe the card must lose stats in order to negate. If anything prevents it from achieving this condition it'll just activate and maybe get stronger but if it gains stats it won't negate but just be really beefy
The last leak is most of the time the best. The leaked cards for now arent metarelevant or really bad (outside of fuwalos), so releasing FS would make sense. Not many players would pull for ashended, drytron-support or the light/dark-dragon. Even purulia is Not really great.
Short answer: Yes. Long answer: Compared to what we have now, which is a lot of copium with either Bystials or worse Dragon Link, it's better than nothing but it's not going to improve a lot Dragonmaids. For a real improvement we have to wait for the support that was released recently in Japan.

I hate that everything Dragon-related is either Branded or Dragon Link support so other Dragon decks get mid support, get support very slowly or lose good support because of banlist. WE NEED CONDITIONAL BANLIST: block certain decks from using certain cards. You have any Branded card -> can't play Dragoon, Light and Darkness Dragon, Verte, any monster that prevents special summoning (so can't abuse Albion) You have any Spright card -> can't play Toadally Awesome. You have any Tear card -> can't play any Ishizu card. In this way we can block toxic/broken strategies but allow other decks to use the cards
get good branded and dragon link are rogue decks at the moment and dragons are the most common monster type in the game so any unwise decision from Konami can break the game Easley not to mention tenpie dragons exists and ' the deck strategy of branded and dragon links are good and very flexible so they can benefit from random cards that Konami brint '

It also negates your own effect though
