I love that book the CDs came in, nicely done. I just don’t know if I need 10 CDs on Woodstock, wow that is a lot of stuff. Still waiting to see your box set collection set up lol. It must be the size of a small house by now. Very interesting Jamie.
Thanks for the overview of Woodstock releases. I wish I had the 38 CD set but I never could have afforded it. That's the only CD with the Swami Satchidananda blessing. I gotta get that somehow!
I'm listening to the radio broadcast of the entire show (almost) right now. They are up to the middle of day two right now-- The Incredible String Band just finished and Canned Heat just came onstage.
I've got an embarrassing amount of stuff on Woodstock 69 but sadly not this or the 40th anniversary version. I lust after the 39 disc version too but it's way out of my price range. Anyway, good to finally see it.
Hi Jamie, thanks for the unboxing of the Woodstock 50 box 10-CD set. I enjoyed it all. Have you noticed with these cardboard slots that house each of the CD's that they're coming to you scratched and/or scuffed or not before you first play them because they're not being protected housed in a CD tray ? I have the 40th Anniversary Box Set, too.
Good question. It terms of the Add. Generally I haven't had any major issues. I have had more issues when the the discs are inserted into tight cardboard inserts/slits inside the books. I had one Sinatra box set where the disc was so tightly inserted that it was quite difficult to get out. The disc was scuffed a bit but still played okay.
Hi Jamie, This is one on the Christmas list for sure... I know we're in July.. but hey... This is the one to get.... because the 39 disc version is definitely out of reach and the 2 or 3 set doesn't even cover it or barely scratches the surface and essentially is nothing as compared to this 10 cd. I imagine the other previous box sets' prices may have come down now that this now re-imagining of the set has been released. Then again we never know... sometimes those older sets pick up value and are listed like something outrageous like $ 1,000.00 on Amazon or eBay. Just a nice video and unboxing. Love your videos. I really must either change my financial adviser or win the lottery. Ha ha. God bless you Jamie Keep those unboxing videos coming, Tino
Hey Jamie. Thanks for sharing. Was comparing the set list with the "old" 40 Years On. Not mind blowing, but a nice addition, I guess. I ended up getting this 10 CD version a couple of days ago. Have not listened to it yet though. Was considering the 38 CD box, but came to my senses. As much as it's tempting to hear almost every note, I simply can't justifiy the 700 Euros. I wish this one had a bit more Ten Years After. Getting tired of "I Go Home". Greetings from Hamburg. Michael
Wow! That looks still quite massive package. Have you listened whole boxset in one day? If you haven’t, I would challenge you to do it. mr. Finglish (Bäd English Recs)
Hi Abby. On the 10 disc set, it is more of an over view. They only have a couple of Ten Tears After tracks included. Their complete set would be on the $800 box.
I have all of the previous Woodstock boxes too. They are all worth having.
Awesome overview Jamie! Perfect summer music!
Hi Jamie. Another lovely looking box set there. Very high quality looking stuff. Thanks. Cheers.
Thanks Chris.

@@SunFellow941 That is so cool.
I hear you. The 38CD box looked amazing but way out of my price range.
@@jamiecottle5850 But I'm trying to get a bunch of friends together to buy it and then we could share it.
Thanks Jamie. That was great. You've got a lot of Woodstock CDs!
Thanks Randall.

The burlap ring was designed to be loose - to wear and get rougher looking over time.
Thanks for that.
Very cool!

No I have not yet listened it in one day! I love that challenge.
Hello, may I ask is Ten Years After complete set in this package, or is it in the $800.00 package,
Thank you
