The dam is holding up quite well, however. The river has just found relief along the west end of the dam. No water is going over the dam and the dam is not structurally failing. It remains solidly anchored into the rock structure at both ends of the dam.
I dont see how you can sit there with a straight face and say the dam hasn't already failed. water is freely flowing around the dam itself, that means failed. It certainly isn't functioning ffs

Why don't you speak to the fact that the lake behind the dam is no longer a lake. That "lake area" has filled with silt such that this is nothing more than a river which has found a new riverbed in which to flow.

that house and dam shop have been there since 1908 those are tho only 2 remains original buildings when they built the dam
I am just thankful there's a bill in place NOW to help stop a lot of these disasters from happening in the near future.
