Hello I've been searching for answer to my question. I using E express and getting ready to make the leap to essentials. I think this might be a dumb question. I would like to know does my fonts I have installed on my express version. Do the transfer and if so how to my new version of Essentials?
I don't know how this happened, there are a number of ways a user can make this disappear. To return the tools, go to the View menu / Windows and Toolbars / Main Toolbar. Make sure there is a check by the Main toolbar option. Happy Holidays, Debbie Cleek
Question: when importing the BX files, you might want to let folks know they need to open the folder that they are stored in. Embrilliance Enthusiast doesn't recognize the folder, only the .BX files inside it. Ask me how I know - after trying for 2 days - it finally hit me. When I asked customer service or viewed the tutorials, I didn't notice anyone stating this requirement. thanks
Hi! We sent your questions to Debbie, and here is her response: You can add a placement line for an applique if there isn't one. If you can isolate the color of the tack down step you can copy and paste that. If you have SitchArtist you can draw your own. You can also stitch the tack down two times. I hope this helps.
Hi Jean! Great question! We reached out to Debbie, and this was her reply: You don't have to remove the previous software in order to use a previous design. You may, however have to remove the file association if your files are set to open with the previous software when you double click on them.

Once you have your design, how do you transfer it to your machine?
Save it to your computer, then put on a USB stick to put the design in your machine using the format is accepts (Example: Brother reads .pes files)

It's best to go by exact measurements because printers can sometimes not print the true size.

How do you add your designs into the files
Can you easily change from one program to another, I think yours looks easier than the one I use.
Embrilliance is pretty easy to use, and there are resources for education, so I don't think it would be terribly difficult to learn a new software.
