    Story about the barge Pretoria which becomes a restaurant. Various shots of old fisherman in shop, young couple look at goods. Various shots of boats on river Orwell, some are wrecks. The Webb family refit the Pretoria accordingly inside and out. Various shots of Sir Alan Herbert on the barge, there is also a shot of Texan actor Glen Costin. Various shots with the sails up.
    We see portrait painter Sara Leighton on a hovercraft and a shot of Tower Bridge opening up. Various shots as the barge restaurant is opened and waiters serve the people onboard. Tim Brinton is among the customers. The barge is moored at Embankment.
