I have a similar story about Hallmark movies. My mom loved them. "It helps me relax," she would say. Her favorite time was Christmas so I got into a routine of watching them during the holidays and I noticed many of the things you mentioned along with the smart phone as a prominent prop. What a fascinating change in direction! It will be interesting to see if the trend continues. I hope you having a better week and are less stressed. Ouch! I hope was just the car and no damages to you and other people. There is finally a lot of cultural change in the right direction... I still don't know if it will be enough to see the gasoline going lower than 1.9 euros per liter ($8 a gallon) but at least is a start :)
