Respected Sir, I Am professor DR. M. Sathish from cuddalore I wish and congratulations to this video it's very useful to students society. Very nice job God bless you more thank you.
Thank you for your comment (y)
Yr introduction was good.
i am also cuddalore
Which college professor
Voltage makes electrons to flow while EMF maintains Voltage 👏👏👏 nailed it
A 120 volt zener does not make any current flow.
No.. Both maintain the same.. The same voltage at generator terminal is called as emf
What's terminal potential differece
EMF is created by chemical action inside the cell and that chemical energy (exothermic redox reaction) maintains the potential difference across the two terminal and this difference when connected cause electric current flow .
Right bro
One more way to understand the difference is:
e.m.f is the potential a battery should supply (value written on the battery)
But if we connect voltmeter across the device we get little less value that is potential difference.(the actual potential it supply)
The difference is potential drop and reason is internal resistance.
I am a professor. "emf is required to maintain potential difference" - excellant
I am not a professor. But I still agree with you in that, EMF is required to maintain potential difference or voltage. Thank you. 😊
@@ull893 hahaha crazy man😂😂
🤣🤣😂😂🤣
But you still spelt excellent wrong 👍
HAHAHA first please learn how to spell english words correctly
I could understand the difference between these even after being taught by teacher for 20 mins and asking getting the questions answered for almost 10 mins, but after watching this video i have understood the difference between EMF and Potential Difference.
This is what clarity does... Beautiful...
Beautiful analogy...loved it..

“But to know the details and the difference between these two, you need to watch...*hits blunt*... the viiiideo”
lmao
Nicolas Franco 😂😂😂😂
Melissa Libos jajaja te amoo
😂😂
🤣🤣

I'm watching you from Iraq 💕
Fantastic.
Great clarification of conundrum in the world of physics.
Thank you Guru Gauruv.
I always thought, both voltage and EMF are the same. I stand corrected now. Thank you. 😊💖
No, EMF is Electromotive Force. It is measure in Volts.
Thanks sir now I understood what is the difference between
V and e...
Thank you sir, because of you I was able to know the difference of thi s two. That was not being explained by my professors.
aapke jaaise hi to teachers chahiye hmko tysm sirji

It is simply awesome
Super explanation sir it's kinda resemble work done and energy relationship
U cleared my confusion
Perfect Explanation
Excellent analogy.
Best.. superb...I like your way of explanation
Thank you 😊
Hey, that was really nice.
Now, I understood. EMF vo potential hai jo battery lagati hei jisse electron aage khiske. I think this mechanics analogy can work . Assume a very rough surface and you want to roll down a ball with mass M acceleration Â. Then initially you have to apply a force F* to roll down the ball. The ball rolls with  .and multiply M and  you get force on ball M which of course less than F*.
The relation would be F* = MÂ + Friction
In circuit, EMF plays the same role as F*, voltage as MÂ and friction would be current multiply (internal resistance)
I'm confused in this topic but now clear
Amazing video. Although I have a question. In alternating current when all energy is delivered and electrons passed the resistance, taking into account that the Neutral wire is at 0 potential, how then can the electrons move and go bsck to the source without any force applied?
Thanks a lot sir. It was an excellent lecture 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
