Child support should only be for exwives. This baby mama culture is the problem, the solution marry before carry. It is that simple, and they should not extend welfare to out of wedlock mothers. You only get state if you are a divorcee and you can prove that you were a stay at home mom for half the time you were married.

Black women especially put men on child support because they can't get food stamps, house vouchers, and Free Healthcare without it. Child support is supposed to be the man's half to take care of his children but these women aren't putting in those same amounts. If one parent can't afford to keep the child then give the children to the one who can. The man is the giver of life so morally and technically he should have the children but the family courts use women to get money from these fathers. A woman who can't afford to take care of their children gets all types of government assistance but a man who can not afford to take care of the children and his own life gets thrown in jail. These courts are just putting men in an early grave for money because now they have to take care of two households instead of one

There should be a law that "child support" is deemed SOLELY FOR THE CHILD!!! Not for the mom to go on trips, get her nails done, hair done, etc... and she should have to produce receipts of where that money is spent and if $1 is out of line or not spent on the kid, she should lose THAT CHILD SUPPORT!

Mine found that out and kept coming up with excuses and days back her biggest was they have to go to school when she agreed to days during the week. The judge was about to throw the case out and I'd have to take her back again I agreed to one day during the week. My lawyer said she is one of the most obvious cases of it was only about money.
I do security and YES THEY DO! When I did security at the courts, they’d come up there with their friends & make day of it, doing stuff like giving the wrong address so they’ll never get the summons & miss the date & win the case by default. Then go shopping afterwards.

I have a niece that has messed around and had a child with a dude that she should not have had a child with. I blame my niece for putting herself in this situation. He has told her I told you I didn't want any kids. This wasn't a relationship, just someone she messed around with. My nephew doesn't have the father's name on his birth certificate because this dude won't get tested to prove he is the father to sign it. My nephew has my our last name and he should have his father's. I put this squarely on my niece. She should have done better. Dude is off in the wind now. Telling my niece that I didn't want a baby does this let him off the hook?

Before my 4 year old daughter was isolated from me last year in April . I literally would ask her mother each week what my daughter needed and I provide it including child care with no hesitation. My daughter’s mother had the nerve to ask me if I could help her pay her bills , “I politely said no . “Mind you I have my own bills to take care of and she’s not my woman anymore lol . I told her ,”If my daughter needs anything then I’ll get it for her .” After I refused to help her mother with her expenses that’s when she stopped visitation but continuously ask for financial assistance for our daughter . I stopped financially assisting and helping the mother since quality time was being stripped from me . She was trying to play this mother and father role so koo , imma let you have it . I asked her what was the reason for the isolation. She still til this day can’t explain why she’s isolating my daughter and I . Now she’s taking me to child support court because as she states , “She shouldn’t have to ask what our daughter needs , i should just get it . “ That was bs because I’ve been providing for my daughter since she was born and I provided for her older sister , who isn’t biologically even mine before my daughter came into the universe . These females aren’t women , they’re little girls trapped in adult bodies . They aren’t healed or even trying to and refuse to do the internal , mental work .
