Where are are the areas for retired folks in condo winter rentals or long term near amenities within walking distance, i.e. restaurants, groceries, medical services, etc.?
@@LivinginCharlotteNC-Vlog I'm trying to get a perspective regarding the older retired demographic in the area. Usually they would be connected to condos. By the way how far is the hurricane situation from Charlotte where people are being evacuated?
@@dovygoodguy1296 Some of our clients have moved uptown, SouthPark, or Dilworth into condos/ so you get a good mix of younger and older residents. There are also some great 55+ communities in the area as well. We faired alright , many places lost power and we had some downed trees. Our lakes overflowed a bit.. but that's about all.
Do retired older folks from the cold northeast feel more comfortable in the NW area of Uptown? Are more food deliveries, condos and amenities available there?
@@LivinginCharlotteNC-Vlog Yes Josh, the whole gamut. I guess that's the northern part of Uptown. What's that neighborhood called with the amenities appropriate for older folks?
I am considering the city as a destination for new housing, I am a music teacher here in Brazil, does the city hall have programs designed to receive immigrants with university education?
Lived here for a year….. charlotte is ruff. Not to mention I was paying $3800 for a three bedroom house 😢I lived on the south end. 6 mins from uptown. There’s homeless people everywhere. Cars getting broken into. I literally had my truck window smashed out in front of my million dollar rental home , Dilworth to be exact 😂 think twice before moving here 💯

Are you referring to the Fourth word? You will find easy access to food deliveries, condos and amenities in any part of Uptown

Hey! I am not 100% sure on this one

Sorry to hear you didn't like it in CLT.
Charlotte was a safe city when there was republican mayors. Unfortunately, Charlotte is turning into a liberal city and it's ruining everything.
That's good to know I'm leaving Chicago next year and want to move somewhere in NC. Do you recommend the suburbs which will be safer than uptown?
Cmpd is slow on calls as well, alot of times there is no officers available
@@garbismikaelian4233 I would recommend Oak Ridge, Stokesdale, in the Madison area💯. Closer to Greensboro, much safer then charlotte.
how is life as a lgbtq retired couple of means?
